Very unorganized, no literature on plans in English, told me to go back to at&t upgrade my phone and then come back to cricket. Very unprofessional. I then drove to Mauldin. The lady there was extremely, knowledgeable, friendly, and actually tried to help me. Very genuine

Josh greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. This was the BEST experience I've ever had while getting a new phone. He was so helpful and very attentive to what we needed. I can't say enough great things about Josh! Mari was also very nice and helpful as well. They go above and beyond for their customers here!
