“as I was finishing up my credit card transaction young lady asked if she could help me. Because the car wash was on and the blowers were on and she was approximately 15 foot away. I couldn’t understand. So I did become a little frustrated on the third time as she was approaching, and I was finished with the transaction. that she wanted to see if I was familiar with their monthly incentives. I enjoyed the car wash but every time I’m there I have to listen to the spiel. When she saw I got frustrated. She became a little frustrated and I think word for word was I can see you don’t want to be bothered. Have a great day and a really negative tone totally turned me off and I wasn’t about to get into a fight with this young lady. But I can’t believe that escalated when all I was trying to do is get a simple car wash.”

“First time using Sonic Suds . I was using their competitor for about year . They changed chemicals and it put a haze all over my black paint . Had to wax entire truck . Will be taking a monthly deal with Sonic Suds Express Car Wash. My F-350 looks really nice. Sonic Suds doesn’t beat up my side mirrors .”
“3.00 for 6 minutes. Not bad. Everything worked great. Accept credit cards, except for vacuuming. Think they should offer free vacuuming or atleast accept cc for it”
“I had my oil changed there a week ago. Yesterday when I went to leave the house I heard a weird noise. Shut it off and checked under the hood. There was oil EVERYWHERE! I had my boy friend (who is on oxygen) come look while I started it up and it was literally spraying! My bf called AutoX and explained the situation, thinking the oil filter was cross threaded or leaking. The OWNER brought a worker and came to our house after the shop closed. They went under the truck and worked for awhile and then said that the leak was coming from a transmission hose that went to the radiator. Even though it didn't have anything to do with the work they did, they ran to the parts store and came back to our house and fixed the problem. They worked on it for a total of 2 hours!! Then the owner told me to bring it by the shop and he'd clean the transmission fluid off the belts under the hood. I'm telling y'all these guys went waaaay beyond providing excellent customer service and into being great human beings with compassion ❤️ They have my business and praise forever!”
“We used the touch less car wash, it does clean well, unfortunately we had to use it twice though and the on-premise staff let us through touch less a second time for free.”
