I bought something online & tried to return it. The cashier (team lead) said it was 2 weeks beyond the 30 days. I called the store Mgr, Athena & she was so helpful & friendly. She had her assistant, Stephanie come do the return for me. Stephanie was able to return my item at the price I paid & put it back on my card. I’m a frequent buyer on line & in store. I would have hated not shopping there because of this incident. Where there’s a will, there’s a way. Thank you to Athena & Stephanie for making me happy. I will continue to shop online & at the Belk in simpsonville, SC.

The staff treats me like they've known me for years even though I just recently moved here. The sales are spectacular and I love the coziness of the store. The only problem I have is parents not teaching their teens to behave when congregating in the parking lot; rude and aggressive behaviors are prevalent.

I had a very rude experience at Belk
Cashier named Modia had a customer behind me cut in front of me extremely rude
I am an Elite member I was making a payment this was handled horribly
I spoke to a manager named Bob who was helpful
I can not believe how rudely I was treated
In disbelief at her behavior

First time going to this belk. It was nice. And the people were friendly. Went to the one in Harbison. The lady upstairs at ladies clothing checkout was acting rude like she REALLY didn't want to be there.

My friends and I about six families we are going stop shopping at Belk in Simpsonville because they are sponsors the beggars they are as well as they are harassing us for money and they are occupied bench, it should be for customers and elderly, waiting for their spouses shopping or any other reason not for homeless sitting on this bench made up specially for customers Now they are inside the building using the bathroom this is. Uncivilized image for Belk sponsor these people instead let them work and earn money The bathroom horrible smell disgusting. They are sitting where you go inside Belk unbelievable they are 100% sponsor and encourage homelessness . this is sad we need to go shopping and now we are responsible to see these people sitting and sharing bathroom now unsterile bathroom l can call it !!!!! Unbelievable do not go to Belk Simpsonville you need to find another Belk because all the clothes now even inside the store I don’t feel it is comfortable to shop from them.I feel so sad. This place used to be a good place now they going to lose business for real.
