I absolutely cannot stand when people go to social media to tell lies about our business. Evidently people can't handle the truth when they are proven WRONG! If we are wrong the we will fix whatever the problem is but don't go on social media and blast us when it's all lies. We are here to help people. I have no problem with talking with people and trying to solve whatever was wrong with their service but I'm sure myself and others that own or manage a business get tired of being blamed for things where nothing was wrong. Thanks to all of our LOYAL CUSTOMERS that we have at Automotive Excellence Carwash and Lube.

I went here for an oil change and within 4 days my engine light was on and in 6 days my oil was drained out! My cars acceleration has slowed DRASTICALLY and it sounds horrible. I work maintenance and take pride in keeping my car maintained and I've never had any issues until I came here! When I took it too the place they tried to tell me nothing was wrong. Reality is they seen I was a female and tried to get over. Do yourself a favor and find a real honest reliable place elsewhere!

These guys are awesome! Impeccable customer service! I had ran over some debris and worried it messed bottom of car up, impacting oil/fluids. My car dealer and every other place in town gave a NO to just check it. These guys very kindly looked at it! I have been using this place some 9 years now, never a bad experience! Going out of their way to help a customer... now that's customer service! Other businesses should take notice!
