Had a phone to trade in to get an s23 for free, which then the guy told me I needed to put a $600 deposit down on the s23. What's the point in having a trade ins if you're still making customers pay???

I purchased a phone from a 3rd party. I go to do a sim card switch the 1st trip. Afterwards I had zero network internet. I go back a 2nd time after hearing the sim could be outdated. Not only was the network internet still not working, but I could not call anyone after this visit. It was also mentioned that I had an upgrade. It was pushed nonchalantly 3 or so times. Knowing I have seen the reviews on where I purchased the product, it was nit the phone. I go to the Mauldin store. It was fixed in less than 15 minutes. It took the assistant manager more time to do my screen protector than fix my bad phone.

Mercedes was the bomb. I'm a new customer. She helped me both Saturday to get my new phones set up and Sunday to get the trade ins taken care of. Waiting on 2-3 customers at the same time. She called it multi tasking and she is good at it. 2?for her.

Thanks to Matt and Braylon for helping us every step of the way. We were having difficulties with customer service and things not being done correctly for about 6 months. Matt not only called customer service for us and helped every second but Braylon jumped right in and helped also! They finally got the issues fixed and corrected that we have been trying to get taken care of for 6 months. If you have any issues these are the guys to see! Thank you so much Matt and Braylon. We now know who to come to when we have any issues at all!

Awesome service in this Fairview rd location by Sharone. He was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I was taught a lot about my phone and I left the store relieved that my phone was repaired/fixed. Great job Sharon and thank you

Had issues with the Apple Store and a phone repair that took ALL day, came into AT&T to reset up my esim and they were AWESOME! Had me set up and out of the store within 20 minutes!

Let me tell you about simpsonville AT&T store! The best employee at att is Matt, he has accomplished something that 3 other phone calls to “customers service hell”couldn’t. He navigated the tough problem with professionalism and even though it took a long while he was kind and patient and went above and beyond for me! I appreciate him and he has secured my business with ATT. Thank you Matt!

Braylen and Sean are amazing. They were so helpful and professional while I was dealing with a stressful situation. I would give them a thousand stars if I could. However, the custoner service in their account loyalty and retention center is terrible. It took 2 visits to the store and 3 phone calls to their account loyalty and retention center to get an account closed. I talked with 3 very rude customer service agents there and it wasn't until the last one heard from the 2 gentlemen at the store beforr she changed her tone and became helpful. I'd probably still be dealing the customer service if it weren't for Braylen and Sean.
