I really like this convenience store. The in store baked and 7-eleven specialty snacks are solid (cookies, cookie dough, etc.). Try the red velvet cookies! Great late night snacks or on the go food. Large, easy access parking lot in a good location.

I did have an issue with a staff member but the manager resolved it swiftly and fired him the same day and offered to make it up for me, which I’m grateful for as it’s a great location and good prices. Kudos to great leadership.

My preferred place to get gas. They've gone down over the years, but that's to be expected with QT taking most of their business now. Still, normally better prices.

I ordered a pizza from 7-Eleven in Simpsonville through door dash and was sent a frozen pizza so he brought it back half cooked so I took it back myself and the 7-Eleven worker stated that I should've cooked the pizza at home so rude and this just happened on March 6,2023 @ 230am fire him check the cameras

I bought and unfortunately ate 3 ham with cheese that expired 18 days ago. 18! Part of the job is checking expiration dates, I know, been there and done that much better! Sell by dates are just above the price scan on the bottom front. It is displayed with this portion covered. If I become sick, there will be a lawsuit. I notified the store and Corporate in Dallas...

Rude Employees I came in to pump gas and get a few snacks. I got up to the counter and waited for the guy in front of me to finish paying. Once he finished paying, I walked up to the counter. I saw the lady working behind the counter look at me. There was a younger guy next to her trying to count his drawer. The lady didn't help me. She hid behind the counter trying to help the guy count his drawer. I stood there waiting for a second: nothing. I peak my head around to see the woman and ask if she can ring me up. She gives me this rude look and says that they are trying to switch shifts. The right thing for her to do would've been to acknowledge me with her words and politely ask me to give her a second. That is not what she did. Then when I came outside to the gas pump, it was turned off so I couldn't top my gas tank off. I won't be coming here again for anything.

VERY BAD ATTENTIONthe pizzas of this place are my favorites, I decided to give it another chance to see if the customer service had improved and again the same rude lady attended me I left upset and without my pizza I will definitely not return to this place
