I've been backing here for several years but these past few months its gone down hill! It's 2:45 on a Friday and the rude lady sitting there said "were closed- I don't know if you heard me the first 2 timez I said it!" Well no- no i didnt miss mam since you cijldbt stand yourself and be nice about it! I said "closed at 2:30 on a Friday & the ATM isn't working either! Well it's time to find a new bank anyway! Thank you" This branch used to be really good hence why I've been banking there so long- but again these past few months they are rarely open and the ATM is usually always broken! So I'll be finding a new bank! I don't recommend them anymore

Everytime i come to this bank there is an rude people rude was just told like everytime we come here we have to wait till they open at 11 am that the employee is at luch and we will have to wait. No i am changing banks and never return sorry as heck

Everytime I ever go there’s literally no workers standing out there to help customers. Today I stood for over 20 minutes needing to deposit money, and another woman had been standing there longer than me and ended up having to leave because nobody came out to help. There was no “closing early” sign. It was during work hours. It’s just starting to get ridiculous.

Leah never fails to make my experience at W.F. a good one. This world has changed and not always for the better. So many robotic and emotionless people out there, who couldn't care less about you. Leah proves there are still good people - good workers out there.

Huge shout out to a worker there named Leah. I was about to change banks because of rude employees who treated me like a number instead of a human being but Leah changed my mind. She treated me like person and like I mattered. She made time for ME instead of acting like I was taking up her time.

I don't usually leave many reviews, but I will for Woodforest, especially for Branch Manager Leah Smith. I have social anxiety and I'm partially blind in one eye. She was very friendly and patient with me and helped me through the whole process with any and all of my questions and concerns. She is the salt of the Earth, approachable, and an absolute delight. I would give a million stars if I could!

I highly recommend this bank (the branch manager and one of the other workers) are super nice and do the very most for their customers. Leah is the greatest branch manager and gives excellent service!

I cannot say enough good things about Woodforest as a bank, but namely Leah Smith and Kay. Both are always at the counter, getting customers with a friendly smile and welcoming attitude, ready to help in any way they can. Their service is fast, accurate and impeccable - they don’t leave me waiting! Everyone else I’ve stayed in line over an hour without so much as apology, and when I finally got to the counter, was met with attitude, rude remarks about the company itself, and un-apologetic sarcasm to anything I had to say. Keep these two and give them raises! Fire everyone else.

Been a customer for years and this bank is great. Almost left for a while but now there's good people back in the bank. Previous group was a joke, rude and never wanting to help. Got some new faces in there but they seem cool so far. Glad to see the previous manager back, she's good. If you get a group in there last those last jokers, I'm going to Truist.
