I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too. They tell you your prescription will be ready friday you come on Saturday and it's still not ready. You come back hours later Saturday and it's still nit ready. They ALWAYS have a excuse. Horrible business.

I have just had the rudest and most inept interaction with pharmacy staff at the Seneca Pharmacy. It is the second thing in 2 years. This store is lacking in customer service training I have no confidence and will be transferring all my pharmacy needs elsewhere

The Doctors office sends in a prescription electronically , the pharmacist would not fill it because the insurance company told her that they would not allow it since they show it filled previously . I asked if the prescription was valid she said yes however the insurance would not approve . I told her my wife needed the meds and that I would pay the full price excluding the insurance company . The initial response was that I could not pay cash for a prescription that was filed thru insurance . Once I questioned that , as if someone did not use or have insurance and how did they get prescribed meds , it was agreed that I could indeed pay full price and that the prescription was valid . I paid cash and received the meds . Today , we are talking with the insurance company and the Doctors office in order to get some clarification concerning the matter .

Well they swiped my card 4 times, telling me I didn’t have money in my account, but everytime they took 50.02. I’m out $200 and paid another 50 to get my prescription today. They also closed the shade in the pharmacy drive thru in my face at 9 pm sharp and laughed. I had to scream so they could hear me to get my debit card back.

The women are always rude, this time they were all looking at one cell phone and ignoring customers. The big fat one couldn't find my wife's prescription so I wasted a trip again.

The pharmacists are all overwhelmed and incompetent. Don’t even have common courtesy to direct me into the proper line to get my vaccine after signing up with an appointment on the app. Have been here for an hour and a half and no vaccine yet. Last lady ahead of me left after no one would talk to her. Very poor job Walgreens of Seneca!

If I could rate it ZERO stars, I would. This Walgreens is the WORST Walgreens pharmacy in the country. They have lost my husband’s prescription THREE TIMES within the last year. Other times they are out of stock on medication (not their problem, I know) and will offer you partial fills then force you to have to have your doctor call in ANOTHER PRESCRIPTION just to pick up the remainder of the medication you were trying to pick up in the first place when they ran out. I was hung up on 3 times last night. On the phone over an hour and never got to talk to anyone. Doctor had called in prescriptions at 6 pm. 9pm and still not ready. Was told they wouldn’t be ready until 11am today. My husband really needed his meds, has copd and his oxygen levels were low

Incompetent workers can't handle the computer system and can't manage to get people through there they need more quality workers they need to invest in their store couldn't even get my prescription filled because people were just cutting in line in front of me and I just got out of the hospital and nobody said anything they had six to eight cars lined up around their building and this is at 730 little 12-year-old boy that have behind the pharmacy needs to be fired and they need to get somebody that actually can work a computer he couldn't figure out how to fill the prescription if you can't figure that out you don't need to be in this business

These people are absolutely PAST REDICULOUS!! Getting service either in the store,or in the drive thru,is like having teeth pulled without anesthesia!! Lord forbid that you have to call them...
