Have stopped by on three separate occasions over the years due to nails in tire, most recently today. They have been great each time. Service was great and quick to fix the tire each time.

These guys are awesome. I come here any time I have a flat or hole in my tire. They are well worth the time and money. I have never wished I bought a new tire instead of a used one from this place. They are fast and courteous. I will always recommend them and probably never go any where else if I have a choice.

Was there today, 3rd in line ,no appointment. Needed a tire mounted and balance. Done under 20 min,under $20.
I won't go anywhere else now.

I love this store! Austin and Chazz are incredibly helpful and kind. I thought I needed a new tire (which they could have easily charged me for) but instead, they informed me that my tire was in good enough condition to only need a plug, saving me time and money! Idk about you but honesty and integrity are a BIG plus for businesses in my book! I will be going back and telling everyone I know to go here for all your tire needs.

I was on my way to work today when my tire blew. It was literally falling apart. I was frustrated because I didn't have a spare tire. When my daughter arrived we took the tire to Tire City in Seneca. We were greeted by Austin. He looked at the tire and his eyes bulged. I laughed and he chuckled because he knew it would take some work. He invited me inside where he spoke with his supervisor. Austin assured me they would take care of me. He explained the process to me. He was honest and to the point. I appreciated that. A specific process was needed because of the condition the tire and possibly the rim were in. I appreciated him explaining the necessary steps to me. I stood to the side praying because I was thinking something was majorly wrong. I was literally in and out in less than 25 minutes. Austin asked if I wanted him to dispose of the old tire and he took my payment. Everyone was polite and my tire wasn't expensive. We left and returned after we put the tire on the car. Austin recognize me as he approached the car. I asked him to check everything out and make sure the bolts were tight. After giving me an ok, everything is good, and a smile,
I left. Thank you, Austin. If I need a tire in the future I know where to find you. Blessings to you and the Tire City of Seneca staff ?
