I took my car several times to Terry's found and I didn't know what I was paying for each time he just gave me a bill and said such and such was wrong me being a woman I think he is different than he is around me and the last time I took my car to him I went home called him a couple of days later because the problem was never fixed the first time it was a cranking problem so this was about the fourth time that he had been working on this problem and I have been paying him each time for this cranking problem this time he didn't answer the phone right away the next day he answered the phone and said that he had some things he needed to do that he would call me two days later I didn't receive a call I called back he didn't answer the phone he did this a couple more times that week not answering the phone I was getting really upset because I kept calling and then he would answer and say I'm busy I'll get back to you well I paid him a visit to his place he seems sort of angry that I had called said I called too many times well I should've called it's my car I want to know what it is I want to know why after four times that I've had my car worked on by him he couldn't get the problem solved he said I have put in some some things that I'm going to test out I couldn't understand what he meant he gave me the keys to the car I paid him around $200 again this was about $800 so far that I had paid him and still the cranking problem was not fixed I drove down the road I noticed my gas gauge was on full I don't remember putting a full tank of gas in my car well A little ways down the highway the car stopped running I couldn't believe it I had just drove it off the lot of being fixed well I guess that whatever he did didn't work so I called my tow service the man told me he would like to put some gas in the car I said it says it's full he said I always do this just in case you never know there might be something wrong well I'll let him do it since this was something he always did well he put about five dollars worth of gas in it got behind the steering wheel and it cranked but the gauge was indicating that it was full I sat down and looked at that gauge and I said this is not the same gauge this is different this whole panel is different Terry had changed out the panel in my car using someone else's panel or a panel he got from somewhere what did he do with my panel I turned back around I went to his place he said he had changed out the panel because he couldn't get a good reading on the one I had that was not true I could read the gas gauge I could read the speed odometer I knew if I needed water in my car or if it was running hot or needed oil I knew everything he deliberately took my panel out of my car without my knowledge and put an old panel in my car he said from a salvage car that was sitting in his lot I seen it coming I'm a female he had just screwed me over and this was not the first time this was the fourth time he had been doing things to my car without my knowledge charging me for things changing things out in my car putting old things in my car from an old junk salvage car that he had on his lot he is a crook maybe not to everyone but he was to me and he knew we could get by with it until I called him out on it he couldn't deny it he said yes I did it I said well you're going to replace that panel he said no I'm not I said well then you're going to fix my car and I'm not going to pay you to fix my car you're going to fix my car and the panel that you broke he refused to do that he cursed me out and told me to get the hell off of his property or he would call the police that I wasn't nothing but a nuisance anyway calling him day after day bothering him while he I said what do you have my car you need to let me know what you're doing when you have my car you need to inform me of what you're doing he said he didn't want to see my car again well I guess he got all the thin

Terry is AWESOME. Easy to work with. Great mechanic. Very fair prices. Responsive. Answered the phone! Great guy. Diagnosed my problem and fixed it quickly. 10 star service!!

My car had a cluncking sound when I turned the sterring wheel. I am newer to the area and don't know anyone I could take it to to check it out. I drive by Terry's quite often so I called him. He had me come by early the next morning to check it out. Of course this morning no sound. When I got it there he had me wait in his office while he had it on the lift. After a few minutes he had me go with him to see that my outer tie rod ends we're bad. He replaced them for what I consider a very reasonable price. Not only did that impress me but also the cleanliness of his entire facility. It's not often you go( at least me ) to a mechanic that I wonder if I was taken advantage of. Or try to sell something I didn't need. Not this time. I will from here out take my car to Terry's for any future needs.
