Always friendly and helpful when it comes to my boys Roscoe and Sob. They always listen to all of my concerns and show my pups so much love, and extremely understanding when it comes to Sob and his anxiety. Even helped with my rescued pigeon Larry and his girlfriend Lucille. Didn't make me feel dumb for bringing them in thinking something was wrong with Lucille and it was actually normal. Helped me better understand so I wouldn't panic in the future.

I do like this veterinary clinic. I just can't give five stars because I did stand there for about 30 minutes after I originally came in to pick up my dog and the lady behind the desk said she would check on him and be right back out. When she came back out she tended to everyone else. I had to walk back up to her and ask her if my dog was ready to come out and she asked me if anyone had helped me yet. She was the original person I talked to, so she kind of dropped the ball. I feel that they treat my pet well, but when I pick my dog up from having procedures done he comes home smelling like he laid on urine-soaked bedding. He has an injury so it would not be in his best interest to bathe him so soon with an open wound.

Our experience of this place has been TERRIBLE!! It’s almost impossible to get anyone to answer the phone there. My husband, Curtis Sieverding, took his dog there for surgery. Pretty the sure the surgery just made her worse. She won’t eat and can hardly move at all. The surgery was a week ago. He had to call over and over again to just get someone to say they’ll call back and never did until the next day. They didn’t seem to care at all and when he took her back they just gave her very costly injections and still wanted to charge outrageous without knowing what was wrong. We decided not give this place another dime because of the HORRIBLE service and treatment. We took her to another vet and found out she has lot wrong with her from the surgery and we found out for A LOT cheaper than what they were trying to charge. If you want a vet to actually answer when you call, not charge OUTRAGEOUS, and act like they care I would not go to this place.

We have just started using Seneca animal Hospital and are very pleased with everybody we have encountered. Special shout out to Dr Merchant and her crew. We had to euthanize our beloved dog and they were wonderful.

Very kind and professional people. The doctor was very knowledgeable and thorough the Vet Tech was super sweet and caring to our Pomeranian. The wait time was minimal. I will make sure that I take all my pets to Seneca Animal Hospital when they need care!

I can't thank Dr. Majsztrik and the team at Seneca Animal Hospital enough for the incredible care they provided to my Zorro. Dr. Majsztrik was patient, attentive, and truly listened to all of my concerns. She even complimented on how sweet and well-behaved he is, which meant a lot to me. It's clear she has a deep passion for her work and the well-being of animals. Zorro was treated with such kindness and expertise that it put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this animal hospital (more specifically Dr. Majsztrik) for anyone looking for compassionate, top-notch veterinary care!

I’ve been a client of SAH for over 20 years. They are the only ones that I will take my animals to. All of the staff, veterinarians and technicians are amazing, kind, compassionate and knowledgeable.
Today I had to make one of the hardest decisions of my life and let my sweet 14 year old Pibble Sadie cross over to the Rainbow ? Bridge. Dr Moore has seen my fur babies from the puppy stages to the senior stages and I wouldn’t have it any other way then for him to help my animals cross with dignity. The technicians that came in to prepare her were amazing and so gentle with my sweet Sadie. Thank you Dr Moore for always being there for my pet family members. Your kindness and gentleness today will always stay with Sean and myself.
