I'd recommend asking to see if what you are buying works. If it's boxed up in the original packaging but not factory sealed, ask to open and see the condition as well as see if it works. Seen a Nintendo Wii console in the box, ask if they knew it worked, and the lady working there couldn't tell me had to wait for someone else. At least they let me break the tape they sealed it up with to see the condition. Well, it was in pretty poor condition, especially for the price they are asking. It looked like it had fire smoke damage on it, was pretty black, and wasn't rubbing off so easily, like if it was just dust. I ended up passing on it cause you don't know what kind of damage might be on inside, and for the price, it was a lot to risk.

BEWARE!! They will try to charge you triple at the register than what the signs or tag says. The ladies will say it should’ve been marked higher because it’s a “name brand”. These people are trying to scam the community with stuff they get donated to them for free. If you shop here, make sure your total is correct before paying. I know I will never be back here.

The store’s prices have gotten out of control. When I can buy things on eBay for cheaper, there’s a problem. Be very careful what you pay money for. They put broken stuff out on the floor.

Bought a computer monitor for $35. Has a black square that won't go anywhere on the screen. Just can't use that part of it. So, therefore you're unable to see anything that the black square is covering. Called and asked if I can possibly exchange it. Nope, they won't exchange it. Spent $35 on a broken monitor they said they checked and wouldn't allow me to plug in anywhere to check myself. My child needed this for school. I'm a single Mom and doing my best. I have sole custody and literally get no help! I feel robbed. Didn't even want my money back. Just a simple exchange to rectify selling me what should of been thrown into the garbage.

This review is actually written by my wife..... I love this thrift store I went in and the lady saw I was limping and had a cane and was really hurting in my knee which is shot!! She brought her office chair for me to scoot through the store so I could look. They never rushed me, looked at my liesure, I kept asking if they wanted to close since I was only one ,they said no they were still stocking,the lady that I spoke with was just so sweet to me, I spent a lot of time there and I will be back they give you big canvas bags to put your purchases which was awesome, I really say some areas are kinda full, but they are nice and neat and me bopping around on a rolling chair I never destroyed an item there is plenty of isle room to look at glass, porcelain, etc without fear u gonna break something, they have great prices, and a very large selection of many items, vintage clothes, to China dishes, to antique toys, old beanie babys, beautiful framed art, pottery, crystal or cut glass, I recommend treasure hunters make sure you visit this thrift store, it's awesome and a very good cause they are funding COLLINS CHILDREN THRIFT STORE IS 100% A THRIFTERS DREAM IN SENECA SC

This thrift store is typically jam packed with items that change frequently. The staff is always polite and we especially enjoy talking to BK, one of the people that Collins House serves. I like shopping at this store because I know where the proceeds are going. My only suggestion is to get the merchandise prices back down to earth- this is used and donated merchandise, so it shouldn’t be priced so high.
