I love this place, they do great work very professional, they have a cat you can pet and a very family friendly waiting lounge, toys for kids and a massage chair while u wait, I left a star off because off because of a situation I'm not explaining here, something they could have done would have taken 5 minutes and they wouldn't it's fine though over all great experience

Good people. Great service. What more could you ask for? Nate recommended Wild Peak AT4Ws for my jeep. Couldn't be happier with the improvement in ride on pavement. He also sorted out death wobble on my last wrangler a few years ago. I wouldn't take my money anywhere else. Thanks Nate and crew at Pro Custom & Tire!

Took my car to have the A/C fixed! After paying over $1000 the air conditioner still didn’t blow out cold air! Took it back several times but still never fixed the problem and wouldn’t give me any of my money back! The owner was very disrespectful! I had to take it somewhere else to get them to fix it, which cost over $3000! So it’s apparent that they have no idea what they are doing when it comes to fixing A/C’s!

Sent email with no response. Stopped in for a price on 2 new truck rims. I was told the owner/manager was too busy to give me a quote. I left my name, vin # and phone number. Never received a response.

They took good care of me at Pro Custom and Tire. I came in badly needing wheel balancing and they discovered that at least 8 in of tread was missing and the steel belt was exposed on the inner edge of a tire where it had been patched about a year ago. Can't balance that!
They had a new Continental Extreme Contact DWS for me the next morning. Did the install, balancing and alignment for a reasonable price in about an hour while I worked on my laptop in their spacious waiting area. Good job: no vibration up to 80 mph, tracking straight.
