I am very happy with this practice and Dr. Perez-Motlis. I was a patient at a non-Prisma Doctors clinic for three years, and never saw the Doctor once, only Nurse Practitioners. Of course I don’t have a problem with nurses, but I would like to know that a physician actually oversees the practice. Anyway, I spent a year chasing a symptom, with several Nurses, only to find out it was a side affect of a medication I was taking. Dr. Perez-Motlis recognized this on my first visit. She switched my medication and all is well. The whole staff at this practice has been great. Plus, on Prisma My Chart, I can see my medical history, such as tests, appointments scheduled, and even communicate with my Doctor. Works for me! Thanks!

These guys take care of you completely and in every sense of the word are very kind, courteous, respectful, and I wouldn’t change any doctor for any reason! I recommend Dr. Hutson as he’s a very caring and understanding Dr. Hannah has always sent me on the right path!! Well to be trusted!?

I felt well taken care of! After submitting a MyChart message, I received a call from Nurse Beth in about 2 minutes, 2 hours later I was meeting with Dr. Moblis, 1/2 hour after that I had my prescription. All with great conversation and smiles. It doesn't get any better than that!

Dr.Eric Marler is the Best Doctor. He was my Doctor when he was in Greenville. When he moved I stayed with him. He's that good.

Very impressed with Dr. Eric Marler. Very knowledgeable. Willing to take time to understand the patient. One of the very best doctors I have ever met.

No, Stephanie Gibson, is one of those people who has a “cheat sheet” for medications from either, no experience OR doesn’t listen to the patients experiences… she has a “Know it all” attitude and gets forgets everything. She even has no idea where Lymph nodes are in your neck. Makes unnecessary follow up appointments. She does not care. Not sure if I should try a different provider or different office.

Staff rude to my elderly mother. Called in prescription to be started that day. Pharmacy contacted them for alternative prescription as insurance would not pay. 5 days later and we still do not have prescription as Pharmacy still not contacted . She has called office every day. Nothing being done. .

After Dr. Hanahan left, I had to decide what to do....try another practice or stay and select one of the doctors there. I decided to stay and try....selected Dr. Abramovich....and I’m staying with her. She impressed me on my first appointment, very thorough, very pleasant, doesn’t miss a thing. I really like her personality...and she is smart.

I am new to the area and in need of a doctor. I had read the reviews and was skeptical but decided that I would try anyways because there were also a decent amount of good reviews. Unfortunately, I never got the chance to see a doctor because the rude lady that answered the phone was enough to put me off of this place completely.I asked if they had any availability before the 19th and she said that she can’t tell me anything until I come in and fill out a New Patient packet. I thought that was odd so I explained that if there isn’t any availability then I’m not going to take the time to drive out there and fill out a packet just to be told that I will have to wait until the end of the month. I told her I didn’t need an exact date or time, just a Yes or No as to if there is a spot, any spot, open before the 19th. She continued barking at me as she has done from the beginning of the call. I also asked if it would help to bring in previous prescriptions or medical history and she got really condescending and said that the doctor would have to do their own evaluation and make a decision based off of that. Which I totally understand and expect but being rude and telling me not to bring in previous medical testing is really bothersome. No matter where I go, if I am paying someone for a service, I like the environment to be fun and welcoming. ESPECIALLY the doctors office where things get very personal. That being said, if you don’t want to deal with people, get a different job. This place just lost not only me as a new patient but also my fiancé and any future family we will have. Seneca is our new home for the foreseeable future but we will not step foot in this place again. It’s amazing to me that they would allow for this to continue. A phone call. That’s all it took. Call me petty or whatever but I have only worked jobs that are heavily rooted in customer service in fast paced and constantly changing environments. So, no, I won’t give her a break because there is no excuse for this. Also, I called and got an appointment somewhere else without getting any attitude or having to drive out of my way for something I could just do in the office the day of my appointment. :)
