I don’t know about how well the actual car wash is here but NEVER rent a U-Haul from this place unless you want to get screwed over last minute. The guy working here was beyond daft and left myself & a friend on the phone with U-Haul for over 2 hours trying to solve things last minute. It was beyond ridiculous.

The guy who checked me in was extremely friendly. The waiting room was nice and cool with snacks and was very clean. However, the two guys that cleaned the interior of my car were less personable and did subpar when cleaning my car. The leather looks incredible. They left piles of trash in both of my front doors, vacuumed up the liner of my charging spot in my car, and did not wipe things down very well. I had to go back and wipe down where there were streaks all over the center console area. my screen was very streaky, and there was cleaning clumped up in areas. My cupholders still had crumbs in them. I was displeased to find several things missed, Especially because I spent $50 on a full service carwash.

The top roller that should have gone over my truck was not working.
I drove from Toccoa to get a touch less experience. I was amazed at how well the guys worked and a woman also.
People have jobs, and I didn't over spend. That's the American way!

It was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a car wash. To start, I had to track down somebody to even pay to get a car wash. Once I found her, she didn't seem to want to hand wash my truck. The guy that did it, done such a bad job. The hood wasn't washed, the sides had dirty patches all over, the windows still had bird crap on them, the bumpers were barely touched, the wheels still had brake dust all over them(there's even a glob of grease on one wheel), the top wasn't washed, the windshield looked worse than it did when I got there. I said something to them and they gave me an attitude. I took pictures after I left. Another thing was they were going to let my diesel truck sit and idle for almost 2 hours while I waited. My wife went and asked them to shut it off, due to the cost of diesel and they gave her an attitude. I felt like something needed to be said after this experience. I feel like an idiot paying $75 for such a bad job and then giving them a $20 tip. I will not be back.

Definitely the worst “full service” car wash I’ve been to. Even after requesting a more thorough job on my rims once seeing how poorly it was done, they were still left looking untouched. Seemed to me that one guy was training another, and when I asked for the rims to be done better the guy who was supposed to be training just walked away and let the newbie handle it. Just zero professionalism. I know it’s hot outside but at least pretend like you take pride in your work.

Worst money spent with a car wash. Paid 25 dollars to pretty much just get my truck sprayed with water. Found other places on the truck were not cleaned as well. The one employee I had to deal with was honestly just miserable to deal with. Save your money and your time and go somewhere else.

What a joke that they call a car wash. We pay $10 for a car wash. We got out of the car wash and it wasn't even washed by any means. And the dang vacuums didn't work. I would never recommend going to this car wash.

I hate to leave a negative review, especially since I've used this car wash in the past with limited issue. I recently went to have the interior cleaned, and had to leave quickly after. As I was driving down the road I noticed the cup holders weren't cleaned - no big deal, sometimes things get missed. However, upon closer inspection, the only thing done was hosing off the floormats. Nothing was vacuumed, cleaned, wiped, nothing. I realize things get missed so I called the car wash to see when I could come back and have the job redone. I didn't get a response or call back, and my husband ended up cleaning the car out himself. I hope they're able to improve their service or at minimum respond to customer concerns when they call.

Pitiful. Lots of the equipment doesn’t work including the main brush that washes the front top and rear of the vehicle. Been using the excuse that they were waiting on a motor or part for the last three months. At least thirty places on my vehicle that did not get touched. The place is rundown just like the unsafe chairs in the lobby. Would get a better wash from kids trying to raise money. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I need to change my review, the one in Seneca is horrible brushes haven't worked in 3 months and you wait forever to get your interior done you need to find a new car wash. They need to

Most of the equipment no longer works. The brush for the top of the car, right side dryer, vacuums-none work. Certainly not getting what I paid for.

The drive in car wash was mostly fine but NO vacuums worked. I came specifically to vacuum my car. There were numerous vacuum bays, but only 3 hoses were even connected, and none of them worked (they didn’t even turn on). There was old trash in the trash bins and it just felt a bit gross. Waste of money, better going elsewhere.
