(Carrie)The manager of the apartments doesn’t handle problematic tenants. Numerous reports have been made specifically for one person (apartment #30) for years and nothing has been done.

Only issue is getting maitnence to come around for thing like appliance replacement. Very spacious 1 and 2 bedrooms available income based avg is 300 monthly for full time employment. Loved living there 2 story
