We were new to town. We didn’t know a Groomer so we Tried Petco we were told $75 for our pet turned out to be $95 we have a small 16 pound dog with straight hair that’s not even the problem you would think for that kind of money we would’ve gotten a good haircut. They were hair sticking up where you could tell they just missed. It was just a waste of money never again

My dogs were taken right back to get their nails done. The groomer was amazing, and my dogs were very comfortable with her.

Made a trip from Anderson to Clemson to purchase salt water fish to only wait in the store for almost an hour with no help at all. I politely went to the register to let them know that we were wanting to purchase fish and she told me she had to help other people that were at the front, I said no problem we will be back here whenever you get a chance. Continued to wait with no help. Walked back to register to see three employees and no effort to help. After waiting I left and drove to the Greenville location where I was immediately helped! Will not be back to that location. It was not a busy day and they had 3 employees! I understand being short staffed and busy but that was not the case! Horrible customer service!

Unfortunately, Daughter (a Clemson student) and our Lab are very disappointed in the service we received today at the Seneca/Clemson locations. The grooming staff was not friendly at all. The price we booked on our app and made the appointment was not the amount they were asking for in the stores. The prices kept climbing in the stores versus the amount were was stated on the app. They tried to blame it on the website saying it was an ongoing problem and they were not willing to accommodate the difference of only around 15 dollars. They have the most awful customer service I have seen in a pet store from the Groomer to the Grooming Mgr. to the Store Mgr. If I indeed spoke with them all, not sure I did. Instead of trying to make an asset relationship and build a business customer, They said the groomer wants you to come and get your pet because she feels disgruntled at this point. I said you have got to be kidding me, what kind of professionalism is this showing for Petco. I said have you started on my pet, she said yes but we have stopped and you need to come pick up your pet. I asked what kind of people treat animals like this. So they discriminated against my pet. I am highly upset with this Location of Petco.

We use your groomer Destiny! We love her but more importantly my two dogs love her! She grooms our boys every 8 weeks and I am always pleased. If I could give her 10 stars I would!

Destiny is amazing with our Dabs! He doesn’t like anyone else grooming him. She is great with him! We will follow her where ever she goes!

Unhelpful, don't care employees. Dog self wash doesn't work was filthy and unstocked. Just go elsewhere.

I was very disappointed in the service and stock. I don't want to be a "Karen" and write a bad review. But to any fish parents or little kids that are eager and excited to own a fish, just skip out on this place. I waited almost 30 minutes at the fish tanks and no one was there before I decided to ask someone for help. When I did, they told me someone would be up there. So I waited another 20 minutes and I asked again. A girl finally helped me but she seemed as if I was a burden. I know I'm complicated and wanted a specific fish in a tank but I still tried to make light and be polite. I know how working for the public is, so I know it's tough. However, I still do my best to treat everyone (even the complicated ones) with kindness. With me being specific, I didn't even get the ones I pointed out (which were noticeably different and not hard to figure out). With that said two of them have died already, and I'm not new at fish care. They were not properly cared for previous to my owning. Im very upset with this place all together.

Super rude not helpful and just terrible attitudes! Not friendly at all. Sold us fish according to the stock price when the fish were not stock size.. aweful customer service. We will not be shopping here again.

I've worked and been in the Pet Trade for a long long time, almost ten years, and NEVER have I been treated with such disrespect by an employee. I would like to start by stating that I am a college student at Clemson studying Natural recourses and water ecology and I have kept fish as pets since I was 12, almost ten years ago. So when my friends decided to make a shrimp terrarium I was so so excited they asked for my council. So they got set up got their shrimp only to have them pass, the lovely young woman in the fish department with long brown hair, I believe her name was Maggie gave us some lovely advice and sent us on our way with what we needed to make their 3 gallon shrimp jar with filtration the best it could be, Petco I recommend making that girl your manager she knew her stuff. My friends went back got a new batch from the manager who MARKED THE OUTSIDE OF THE BAG WITH TOXIC CHALK MARKER. The second of shrimp ate this marker and died swiftly. Now maybe she didn't realize it was chalk marker I can forgive that. However, my issue is with next employee I ran into. Long Blonde hair, on the larger side wear's a bearded dragon shirt, I cant recall her name. She refused to give my friends new shrimp however they did receive a refund, Then it was my turn I needed a return on a tetra that passed away and a ghost shrimp for my 6 gallon betta cube, she serviced me and when I asked for a shrimp to be added she said condescendingly, "is it for them?" I responded "no" because I needed it for my system. She asked again, in an even ruder tone, "iS iT fOr ThEm?!" which I furiously responded "NO, I have a Three tank system in my dorm room and I have an algae issue!" she then gave me a sneer and said "I get your frustrated its just policy!". Policy I know through and through as an ex Pet Supplies Plus employee specializing in fish. Then as I checked out She berated both my friends and I about our shrimp system saying "I wouldn't have sold you AnYtHiNg with a PROPER tank." claiming indirectly that my sponge filters were inadequate. To be honest I want compensation for how demeaning this woman was to me and my friends when she clearly had no idea what she was talking about. If Petco could reach out to me, I would appreciate it. I would like to express my grievances to this woman personally. My name is Emma Gaunt in your Registry.

We drove over an hour to get a special fish then when get there and she tells us that she didn’t want to sell it cause she was attached to it and the tank size was 75 when they only recommended a 20 gallon tank I don’t recommend shopping here for fish . The girl was very rude about it .

I have used the grooming salon at this location for a couple of years. It has slowly but surely gone downhill. Groomers don't care about the customers. They don't want to be bothered with doing their jobs. If you book a regular grooming session with a bath, they keep your dog for at least 3 hours. Prices just keep climbing. Don't dare walk-in to get your dog's claws clipped. You will be there forever. Went to get my dog's claws trimmed what a nightmare! Never going back. Sad that these big box stores have so much business they don't teach their workers to respect the customers. I guess they don't need repeat business.
