Let me start off by saying have always driven out of my way in order to go to this location. The owner has always been helpful and the prices are decent. Due to the fact that we entertain very often. I spend a lot of money in this store. Stopped by this location on a time crunch this morning. Walked to the door at 9:08 am and the doors were still locked. At 9:15 someone finally shows up. I wait another 2 minutes or so and go in. The lights are still off and the two employees are standing at the counter talking. I asked if they were open yet and the girl gives me this dirty look and with the worst possible attitude says ‘when I turn these lights on we will be' After 10 years of customer service experience and 5 Year's of being an extremely Successful sales manager. I have zero tolerance for this garbage. Not being able to do the simplest things. Like showing up to work on time, or being a decent person in general is a serious problem. You need to find something else to do with your life. I have fired people for way less than that and never lost a second of sleep over it. That will without a doubt be my last trip to this store. These are the actions that ultimately lead to businesses failing and good owners loosing everything.
