Extremely good genuine people work here. Thank you to the Employee who stayed and waited for my husband right at closing despite all the obstacles he faced on his way there. There’s not many people who would wait an extra minute or two, most people are bolting out of work and we did not get this gentleman’s name but he truly helped us in a make or break situation tonight and we are grateful. Will definitely be using O’Reilly as our first choice in any need going forward. Outstanding customer service!!!

Very rarely do I need to go to advance auto parts for anything. After I make o'rielys my first time the usually have anything I need if they don't it's not because they don't carry it but because it needs to be ordered

I'm sorry I get it when you ready to go home you ready but did you really lock the door 2 minutes early in my face??? My l.e.d. headlight failed and it's dark now I pray I don't get pulled over for a light out and ticketed bc I was surely about to spend 100 bucks for another set

O'Reilly's Easley, SC was my only store for several years. Drove back and forth for two years before I stopped in the Seneca store. I like it. My parts are damned sure better than the online coin toss parts.

Stopped in with my wife to grab a few things. Went in and there were 3 employees and 0 customers. Got a couple items off the shelf, then went up to the parts counter for an item the website showed as in stock. Waited several minutes for the employees to conclude their various conversations amongst themselves, at which point they all left the front and went into the back. My existence was never even acknowledged. I suppose that explains the 0 customers.

O'Reilly itself is a fairly simple store to shop in, and order from. However, the employees here only know what the computer shows. This method probably works for people who know what they need to buy. For us women out here, shopping at an auto parts store with employees who lack intermediate knowledge.... it just makes it stressful. You guys should invest in more on-the-job or "grow-as-you-go" training. Please!
