I got here before 9 the lady that opens didn't get here til 9 it's 9:10 and the lady just came out n said it'll be a few more minutes if she would have gotten here on time yal would've been open at 9 nobody wants to stand in this heat waiting on someone to do something they should've done before I got here this is crazy I'm a new customer and it makes me wanna go somewhere else

These folks are not helpful at all. I broke my phone got another one then it wouldn't work and the people at Metro Seneca wouldn't help me at all. Would not recommend anyone to go here

Rachel was so kind, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me yesterday. My phone crashed (5 years old) with a black screen. Then there was a computer issue and she was very professional the whole 2 .5 hours it took to get my new phone. I've been a Metro customer for years and with associates like Rachel, I will continue to be for many more!

The staff is not friendly and obviously does not like their job. Does not know how to smile and just stands there looking at you like you're stupid. Activated a new phone online. Not working so I went to the store. Store told me it was activated to wrong account and I need to contact customer service. Customer service told me to contact the store. I'm just going to let my month run out and go to another provider.

One of the worst companies I ever had cell phone service with. The tower was in my back yard and I still had to connect to the wifi to use My phone so went to a different provider and I am very satisfied with cricket metro is a scam don't do it you will regret losing the 150 you spend to switch

Never get anyone to answer phone and when they do not helpful at all. Their answer is always come up to the store for things I know can be handled over the phone
