My husband came here the other day to get plastic boards for a job and they wouldn't give them to him. He wasted an hour of his time just to be told that the employees weren't allowed to get the boards and that the vendors are supposed to restock them from the back. Like... really? So you couldn't go get us 10 boards which was $300 worth? We ended up getting them from home depot instead. Stuff like that is a waste of time.

Bought a brand new refrigerator and the next day it got delivered with a huge dent in the side. They said they would bring me a new one but days went by and I never got a call. Finally after much time and effort I got a new delivery date and they never called or showed up. Very very disappointed in their customer service.

We stopped by this store,and found it much the same as the other 2 we have visited recently picking out remodel stuff...You can expect these stores to be out of approximately 20 percent of ANYTHING that you might want as all ordering is done above store level...Very frustrating to have to visit so many places to find stock that SHOULD BE in all the stores...Our experience with ordering and having it delivered has also been poor with thus chain...deliveries are also scheduled above store level, so our experience is about 80 percent of the time, our needs are "shorted" and we are forced to return to the store for a "credit" and then going elsewhere to find what we needed...

Went to lowes yesterday and of course we had to do self check out cause God forbit they have an actual checker the lady said she could help us
I said no you do it.
She said oh it's real easy
Like I was stupid and didn't know how to do it
That's not the point I said .
It is not my job . And she just kept saying well it's not hard you can do it.
She acted like we was stupid
I will never go back to lowes HOME DEPOT it so much better.

Had to take stuff back had my receipt but the lady would not give me cash back.I can go to Lowe’s anywhere and cash back as long as I have receipt except this one.Wont be back

Avoid Lowe's Seneca, SC Customer Service because they have none! I spend a lot of money at this Lowe's buying water heaters, plumbing, building supplies, etc. and when I tried to return two unused pipes today for $50.00 but didn't have my receipt and they refused to give me a credit back. I provided my credit card numbers and phone numbers etc. but their people just didn't know how to do a store return. Then a Lowe's big guy wanders over to the register when other nice employees were trying to figure it all out and says out loud we just can't help you with this! Home Depot understands customer care and service and this experience at the Seneca, SC Lowe's galvanized in my mind to never buy another product from Lowe's. There are many other better places to give my business to. Professional Contractor.

Pretty slim Pickens on * star middle 19" mower blades. Tristar old Rochester imports has them. I rate this store one Hershey chocolate lab.
