Heather was extremely rude. Shooing us away for the next guest while someone else was working with us. I have never felt more unwelcome at a pharmacy. Definitely not going back.

I am so grateful to the staff working at this pharmacy! Today I went to pickup my prescription and found out it’s not covered by my insurance and would cost me $170! The manager and pharmacist went out of their way looking for a similar prescription they could find that wouldn’t cost a fortune, checking their database and over the counter stuff. They even called my doctor asking for an alternative! Eventually, they were able to find the same type of prescription from a wholesale supplier at 3rd of the price! Thank you so much for helping me!

This store has the BEST curbside service. We just moved from Greenville to Seneca and I've used Lowes Foods, Publix, Instacart, etc. and they are usually good as well, but Rusty and Kat go out of their way to help you and they are just so nice. I placed a double order bc work decided to have a party and before I left to pickup the first order I received a call that if I could give them 30 minutes or so they'd have both orders ready. I really wish there was a way to rate your personal shoppers individually bc they do so great at picking out produce and fruit and making substitutions. Thank you for making grocery shopping so easy!

Ingles pharmacy is the worst for customer service and helpfulness. A simple prescription took 3 visits and 3 hours to fill. Understaffed, unqualified and just plain pitiful.

Why would ingles would get rid of cash register and belts to put in more self check out? If you have a large cart full you can't use the self checkout it will not fit on scale. Now there is a lot of waiting in line for someone to check you out. This is going to stop me from going.

I've really had it with this place and can't wait for Publix to open across the street. Yesterday I asked a butcher if he could look in the back for a turkey closer to the weight I was looking for. He refused saying they are what they are. The stores stock of regular items is terrible, for things like taco kits and even peanut butter. Also, about 30% of the time there is no one to be found at the sea food counter. I really don't like this store.

My husband shopped there yesterday for an item they don't have at Publix. Upon returning he said Publix goes out of it way to clean carts and wear masks, and maintain social distance, and Ingles is like Thunder dome, no one wearing masks at all or properly, and several masks discarded in the parking lot. Prior to the pandemic we were shopping at Ingles once a week. No more. You can pretend there is no threat from COVID, but we can chose to avoid your store as long as you don't prioritize safety.

The store is always clean & well stocked. The staff are friendly & efficient. I switched to this pharmacy because they offer healthier alternatives, faster service, a drive thru, and they help find the cheapest price for your meds. You can also use the CVS app for even faster service & never even have to go inside the store! How great is that & convenient!

Craft beers! Make your own sixer-sampler, ten bucks! The Seneca Ingles is pretty hip, hay! They have a teeny selection of organic food and non-toxic washing products, but this new microbrews pick-n-pack is the best thing for us quality-questing decision-challenged beer-crazy yahoos. Ingles pushing up the bar! Hoo woulda thunk? HOO? HOO? ****Best place to find your next new favorite beer and still have money for food.

Good options and decent prices, Had to grab a few things on our trip, so i ventured to see what Ingles had considering it was my first visit to the brand, overall pretty good variety and decent prices on items, the store was clean with good in stock and helpful staff.

The techs there seem incompetent. Continue to get prescriptions mixed up. They called to say my bp meds were ready. I drove 20 minutes there and they said sorry we don't have it in stock. It will be two days. I picked other meds. I drove off and then looked at my bag and my bp was in there. I drove back and went inside. The meds I picked up was a new strength. The tech was going to fill the old one also. She had not replaced the prescription in the computer. Another day I dropped off a prescription inside and the girl said it would be ready in two hours. I told her I couldn't get back until the next morning. I ask her to make sure my meds were in stock. She checked and said yes. I drove 20 minutes again the next day and was told sorry we had to order your meds. I said I ask the girl to check the shelf and she said she did and it was there. No phone call to tell me any different. Their response was that "everybody makes mistakes"". I made three 20 minute trips each way before getting one prescription!!!

Good place to get your prescriptions.
