Golden Corners is a great veterinary hospital. Very reasonably priced. The staff is very professional. Dr. Craver is so kind and gave my pets a very thorough exam. She explained everything so well. I would recommend this veterinary clinic.

They explained the procedure, broken down so I could understand what they were going to do and what to expect afterwards. They also explained the charges for the procedure.
Afterwards they made sure I understood the medications and how
to give them. Thank you for taking care of my girl ? .

This used to be Fox Nest Vet. When I went here last year my dog was positive for heartworm that appt was 300.00 when I was done and. Ive been buying his heartworm medicine every month. Last month I went to get it and they said I had to have an appt recheck heartworm and all that and wouldnt sell me his heartworm dose for the month regardless if he still has it or not he has to take that medicine or its a death sentence for him if he gets it again. He needs his rabies shot also and I couldn't get him his medicine or rabies shot without appt first which would have added up to over a 100$ I asked if he could get his heartworm meds and I would schedule an appt for my next payday and they said no. I'm on a fixed income and can't just get money like that. I thought they cared about animals but now ive seen their true colors its green, all about the money. My dog will be going elsewhere and I got his medicine from another source thank God. No I dont reccomend this vet after that.

I only booked this vet because they accept the vouchers from the humane society. I told them I would be using a voucher when I booked the appointment and they said ok. When I arrived to drop my dog off they hand me pages to fill out and inform me their computers are down. It was busy and hectic due to the weather, everyone was struggling which is understandable. Someone came out and went over the paperwork with me and they never asked for the certificate so I assumed I could give it after when I picked up my dog. I received calls from them to ask about more tests and more money and I agreed because I do want my dog taken care of. They called again to let me know about another dog I had dropped off. Said she was ready to pick up but I could get them both at the same time. Then another to say he was ready to pick up. When I come to pick them up and mention the certificate he ladies up front (who were lovely) said they didn’t know about it since I didn’t give it this morning. I said no one asked for it and lord knows they asked about all the additional fees that they want to charge. She said I could ask the tech when they come out with the dogs. When speaking with the tech I explained to her. She went back to check. She told me that I couldn’t use it because they needed it this morning. I had already explained that I was not asked for it and I was ready to let it go as my very expensive mistake. Then she told me that they called to ask and I didn’t call them back. They never called about the certificate. And if they are going to lie about that, what else are they lying about. Surely there is someway they can do something about this since I had spent $70 on the certificate to use them. When I said they didn’t she went on to say she was standing next to who called. The message must not have come through. I had no missed calls from them. The messages I had never asked for the certificate and now they are further lying.
On top of all of this when I brought my other dog in who is 8 and has never had a need at the vet or groomer to have anal glands expressed, they decided it was necessary. She looked completely normal when I brought her in. After this her hiney was swollen and they said her gland was clogged. This caused a need for antibiotics, pain meds and warm compresses for a week. The swollen are proceeded to grow until it exploded like a giant boil. Then I had to bring her back to pay for a recheck so they could charge me again for the express, charge for more antibiotics. And added stress to my elderly dog.
This office is quick to find a charge, unwilling to admit or fix mistakes and obviously not great for animals after what they did to my pup.

Please don’t take your fur babies here!!!!!! They are NOT Dr Ross. Read the reviews.!!! I told them that she had a history of not doing well with anesthesia & they needed to be very careful. They gave her too much anesthesia. They killed my baby Stella. They never sent the x-ray records to the emergency vet that might have saved her. They were requested by 2 different veterinary offices, and by me twice I don’t believe there were any records to send. I fully believe they never did the X-rays that they claim. My perfectly healthy 7 year old precious baby just died from a routine dental surgery at the hands of these butchers! If they really care about animals they should give up their license & stop practicing before they kill any more precious souls. Listen to me!!! My baby girl is DEAD at their hands !!! Take your babies anywhere

PLEASE MAKE NOTE MOST OF THE REVIEWS FOR THIS VET ARE FROM WHEN IT WAS FOXNEST OWNED BY DR. ROSS!!!
The new owners are crooks!!!! Their prices are astronomical and the service is lackluster. They took xrays of my doxie who had some lumps and said there were fluid around his lungs. I was sent home with grossly overpriced antibiotics. I didn't question anything until the end when I got the bill because prices before were not that bad, I was flabbergasted at the total. NO ONE WARNED ME THE NEW GUY DOUBLE/TRIPPLED the prices! I took my dog for a second opinion else where. I had to request this office SEVERAL times for the xrays. The 2nd opinion vet reviewed the xrays and took her own and stated there was no evidence of fluid BUT TUMORS. How can any reputable vet mess that up?? I could hear the vet behind the exam room door speaking about me and my dog in a sarcastic manner and he even called my dog by the name of another dog in another room, said he mixed up his rooms. So he's not paying very much attention it seems.
I recently called to get the pricing for dental exams and the woman who answered the phone said "it's expensive." After a moment of silence she decided to tell me that the price ranges from $300 - $1000. That is absolutely insane.
So in summary, this vet is no longer owned by Dr. Ross. The new guy is unprofessional, lacks proficiency and is negligent, and the prices are unreasonable. Overall a pretty sketchy outfit at this point.
