Very grateful for this office and their weekend availability for existing patients that need emergent care. Dr. Jordan and her assistant were very knowledgeable, kind and comforting.

Bruiser has well managed Diabetes, and Cushings. I made a appt with Dr Jordan for a consult for an abscess on rt side of his throat. Before discussing that, she tried to pressure me into using a Libre, which is an expensive diabetes monitor made for humans, which has to be replaced every 2 weeks. I assume she intended to place the monitor herself, incurring additional expense. When I declined! She accused me of stressing Bruiser out by doing the checks manually. As you can see he doesn't appear to be stressing.
I became upset at her for pressuring me on this point. I asked her not to continue with the discussion. She advised several expensive tests. Stated it may be cancer, he may need surgery, all before checking for abscess. I declined all except aspiration to check for bacteria, after which she diagnoised an abscess, gave him an antibiotic. The abcess will still have to be lanced, but she didn't inspire any trust in me, so I will take him somewhere else.

I was on vacation when my tiny (3.6 lbs) toy poodle became very ill. Crossroads was recommended by the local animal shelter and their recommendation was well earned. Mia received exemplary, compassionate and complete care with an unusual problem (she had eaten sand and it impacted her digestive tract). Very tiny dogs can be difficult to treat. Dr. Jordan and staff did not hesitate to find out what was wrong and make it right.
If we are in the area again and need a vet, I will head straight to Crossroads. Thank you Dr. Jordan, Rachel, Hannah and all the staff who took such good care of my little girl.

My family and I had such a great time attending your recent open house! Your beautiful clinic is such a welcoming space, and it's clear that you and your team have put so much thought and care into creating it. The warm atmosphere really stood out to us, and my kids had a blast getting up close with all the adorable animals. You truly have gone above and beyond - thank you again for having us!

I found an injured stray on 5/6/24. Called around to see who could see her for her injuries within my budget, as this was a very unexpected situation. The staff was understanding and were able to see me within 30minutes of that call! When I walked in we were greeted and welcomed, I was in a room and had seen the vet very shortly and was out the door with a treatment plan and meds very timely and not too much over what I had expected to pay. The vet came in and explained everything and made sure to check with me on pricing before anything was done, very pleased and will be back in the future. Thank you so much!

Dr.Jordan is wonderful, she was thorough, and informative. I would highly recommend crossroads vet to anyone, but especially people who have livestock.

Have a Nigerian Dwarf goat who needed her horn removed (horn had turned down and was pressing against face bone). Called on Friday, and was able to take her in Monday morning. Procedure completed, and ready to go by early afternoon. And the added bonus was that it was more affordable than we had anticipated. Thank you for taking good care of Mini!

My dogs are my "four-legged children". It goes without saying that I only want the best and most comprehensive care for them. That's exactly what I found with the team at Crossroads Animal Hospital. The wellness packages there are what I need to keep my senior dogs happy and healthy for as long as possible. I especially want to emphasize that the team is incredibly helpful and patient. My boys are large and very sensitive animals (that are not always easy). No problem for Dr. Jordan and her team! They act with incredible patience and empathy, which makes both me and my dogs feel good!
PS: They take a lot of time and also check foreign documents in detail so that no mistakes are made. This is very important, which is why I highly recommend the team!! Thank you!
