I love my bank the folks are very nice and the branch manager is a very lovely young woman who makes you feel right at home.

Earlier in 2022, I had a problem with a lost wire transfer that the receiving bank in NYC could not verify. I went to the Seneca B of A for help. They worked with me to produce the documents I needed, and I was able to resolve the issue.
