In the past when I’ve had garage issues, my first call was to Access Garage. When my garage door spring broke, I immediately called Access Garage and was not disappointed. It was a pleasant experience from the initial call. I appreciated the enthusiastic greeting and the proficiency from Lisa and the quick service appointment. When Matthew McCall came to service the garage door, he was early and answered all of my questions. His work was efficient and well-done. This is a great company to service garages, especially because of the people.

I was given a referral from my neighbor who had work done by Access on their garage door. She seemed happy with their work, so I contacted them.I was experiencing water leaking from outside, under the doors.Matthew came and diagnosed the problem, gave me and estimate for the work, and instructed me how to order the belts I needed under warranty, so they could be replaced. When the belts arrived he scheduled an appointment ASAP and came to service my two garage doors. Rollers, springs, belts.The doors function much better. I will have comfort knowing my doors will work great for years to come, and the price was reasonable. Matthew worked efficiently and got the job done right.Thank you! Georgia B.

I was very pleased with their service. The service man came out the same day I called and replaced my door sensors. The repair man was very polite and knowledgeable. I will definitely contact them again if I have another problem.

We purchased a 34 year old home last year, complete with the original, heavy, wood garage door that was sagging and showing its age. As with many companies, supply chain continues to be an issue. Thankfully, we were content with a basic model and color. It was installed a week ago and we're very pleased with the service and quality of installation. Fast forward to this week where we had a "meh, life happens" moment and wrecked our newly installed door. We called yesterday to confess our mea culpa and we had a tech arrive today. We thought for sure we were going to have to get a new door. Nope. In less than 30 minutes, he had everything square and true again; it operates perfectly. New rule: don't touch anything in the car until we're clear of the garage door. Also, huge shout out to Access Doors! The extra trip today was no additional charge to us. Service like that is rare these days and we're very thankful.

Great Experience!!! I highly recommend Access Garage Door - Tyler was our technician and I was 100% satisfied!!! He arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable and completed the door repair in a timely fashion. If you have garage door issues, give these folks a call!!!
