Tony is hands down the best in the business and stands behind his work! The only place I'll go for transmissions, transfer cases, and rear ends. I've been taking all of my trucks to Superior for years.

I bought a Jeep Cherokee he was selling because the previous owner refused to pay for the services provided. It was $6,000. Previous owner was smarter than me. Apparently he knew that the Jeep was not fixed. The vehicle ran a few months then it quit. Tony was given the opportunity to makes things right. He refused. This is a godless place without the ability to fixed anything, much less your vehicle. It would be a serious mistake to take your car there.

If i could give less than 1 star i would. Superior transmission has kept my only work truck for 12 months, did work I asked them not to because I couldn't afford any more bills after the initial 4 month long rear gear replaced. They installed a bad mass air sensor I had to pay them in full before I paid them another $200 to take it to an actual Diesel mechanic. D&R POWERSTROKE in Conway had it back running like it had before Superior did what they did. It was a bad mass air sensor. So I was ready to pay the new $1400 bill for the front gear replacement but requested my original good parts when I pay the bill. He said to pay the bill in full and when he comes across my parts he'll let me know. I refused to and it's been 5 months and he's yet to get my parts. I offered to pay half the bill now and the other half at time of parts pickup but he refused. I believe that's the fairest offer and the least they could do for retaining my only means of making an income for 12 months. I should have never let them change the mass air sensor. If it would have just been the gear change none of this would have happened but at that time they didn't have a certified Diesel mechanic and couldn't figure out the part they replaced was causing the problem but im the one who has suffered because of unqualified mechanics and decisions made without consulting me first. It's completely devastated my business and my family. I hope my review will prevent this from happening to anyone else, because he's made it obvious he won't negotiate a fair compromise.

Was quoted 2275.00 to get my car fixed when I got there they tried to charge me 3800.00 was told that I called up there and told them to fix everything on my car which wasn't true then was told they are going to check the phone records I said okay because I knew I hadn't told them to fix everything because I didn't have the money. Got there and was told by the clerk that she hadn't had a chance to check the phone records then this guy Tony comes out yelling saying they can't check the phone records so low and behind I don't have my car and om out if a ride was told to take them to court and fire a civil suit against then I've lost three weeks of work since my car has been down not to mention pain and suffering now I have to go through this civil suit just to get my car back

I had an older ambulance we wanted to convert into a tailgate vehicle but the transmission was shot. Tony rebuilt the transmission and put in an electronic shifter so it would have overdrive on long trips to ball games. We got our vehicle back in the time promised and it shifted so smooth. We have been driving this vehicle for over 10 years now without a single transmission issue. Tony knew my kids would be using the ROOSTER CRUISER and wanted to make sure they didn't have any issues while on the road.
