I bring my 93 year old mother for hearing aid services at the Santee Miracle Ear Office. The technicians have always been able to take care of any of my mom’s concerns. Today we met with Jerry. He was very knowledgeable and was able to readily replace wires in order to stop mom’s hearing aids from slipping out of her ear. He also was able to correct the connection to her Miracle Ear app. We are very pleased with how quickly and efficiently Jerry took care of Mom’s needs.

I took my Mom and Mona Lisa was absolutely wonderful! She helped us get huge hearing aids replaced with very small ones that are working wonderfully! She was patient and thorough. We all cried a little. It was a great day for my Mom and will give her a better quality of life. Thank you Mona Lisa!!
