I coupon here a lot & it’s always fully stocked with everything I need .I met a great employee today named Brandy, she had great customer service skills .. very friendly & helpful. I had difficulties with my transaction & the store manager Marie fixed the issue, always friendly & helpful every single time I’m there. I love coming here … One of the best CVS’s in SC in my opinion.

pharmacist is a horrible person. Just starting to get treatment for throat cancer with radiation and chemo. Asked pharmacist where I could find 100% aloe for my neck and she told me she was too busy filling prescriptions for customers who were not there rhan to come onto sales floor and help me find the product.

Just waited for 25 minutes on the phone. I had already been to the pharmacy once today and they claimed not to have my prescription. I do blame the parent company CVS for not providing additional help that is needed at the store. I will be moving my prescriptions to a pharmacy that cares for their customers!!

Because of Ms Deana this pharmacy rocks. When she is not working -and she deserves a day off - this place is not the same. Santee CVS doesn't realize how lucky it is to have such an amazing pharmacist manager!

Use it as a necessity for prescriptions. Had some one issues with the pharmacy staff, involving their demeanor, and professionalism, and lack of courtesy to customers...But I do love to shop at this CVS ,, bc they have all my preferred brands of cosmetics, hair, bath, personal care and hygiene here, so I shop here a lot...

Scheduled a covid vaccination appointment a couple hours in advance from the website. Get to the store location fifteen minutes prior to my appointment, discovered that it was canceled. To top icing on the cake, my drive is over half an hour from this location. CVS has always been my favorite health and beauty department store up until my experience on yesterday. What a joke! Instead of expressing my frustration with the pharmacist on duty, I filed complaints with HR, and my experience has not improve much from my experience at the store location. Team Walgreens!

In Santee, SC, an older associate was profiling my mom(81yrs yng n myself....)Everywhere we went in the store, she pooped up and was "peeping" us out, walking behind us through the card aisle, ,we kept looking at her eye for eye each time she "peeked or popped us behind us"... Then, it's time to pay for our items up front, she's no where to be found!!!!! Three customers online, we did self svc!! Her old wrinkled behind was then probably looking at the camera...... I never experienced that in that particular Cvs or any CVS before.

Usually I just pick up medication by drive through & always get great customer service. On Friday , August 5, 2022 around 5:15pm , I went into the store to pick up a few things & medication. After gathering my items I proceeded to pharmacy counter the young man with an accent got my medication when he was finish I asked him to do a price check for an item I had, even though he was at the register he told me to go up front to have that item check (REALLY). I asked so y'all can''t check price back here anymore? Than he reach for the item I told him nevermind and I kindly put the items back on the shelf and left. Don't know his name but he definitely need more training in customer service. Going forward I will go to another CVS /anywhere else.

If I could rate lower. I would. The employee said he was the manager.. he threw a ups shipment back at me because I wanted a receipt. As rude as on could be. I will go out of my way to insure cvs is rewarded for hiring such people. He said he had worked there for 12 years and could not give me a receipt.Follow up.. management response was as bad as the behavior. You can understand why the employees behave as they do

The pharmacist, Deana, has always been very helpful and knows what she is talking about when I have any questions. I have, however, had some of the other employees that were very rude. Most of them are kind and helpful but a few need to learn what customer service means.
