Store is clean and organized BUT the women's bathroom needs to be cleaned and STILL no paper towels on men's restroom

Been driving through this area 2 yrs now. Restrooms always closed and rudest customer employees too. As a trucker not many places not like I can pull into any place and use the restroom. The way they yell all customers is horrible. Give it one star because the Arby's employees are amazing love them.

I decided to take a quick stop to use the restroom and boy oh boy was this a life altering mistake. I walked into the Arby’s and was not yet greeted with the menacing odor emanating from the women’s bathroom. As soon as I stepped into the vicinity of the restrooms my eyes began to water and my throat began to close up. I was greeted by a pleasant bathroom attendant. I would not be a very pleasant bathroom attendant unless I was provided a gas mask and bio hazard suit upon arrival at work. My bathroom venture ended quickly as immediately as I was done using the restroom I sprinted outside gasping for fresh air as quick as possible. This scent stuck with me for the duration of my drive and I was left with a migraine. I will never forget this life altering experience and sometimes I have ptsd when walking into gas stations.

Good morning, I always like to give good or decent reviews, when is accredited, but today this pilot and management dropped the ball. I'm a truck driver trying to take a shower within our busy schedule. Well I reserve my shower, and is (ready)!. When I go inside the establishment, I'm welcomed like every employee does, they welcome you as you go inside the establishment. Well, as I'm walking in, I think it was the manager or assistant manager (who knows) I didn't even asked, well, he says; Are you the one taking the shower? The door is open, but I still need you to put in your code. I said ok. Thank you. So as I'm walking your the showers in my mind that was off, but I tried not to pay attention to it..once I get to the shower door, I put in the code and when I go in the shower, I see the floor still wet from the person prior to me and floor dirty with foot prints, towels just thrown on the sink counter, not fixed like they usually fix them and sink, with dried out "chemical". So I go back to front counter and complain very discreet and with low voice to the person I thought was in charge, and he goes back to shower room with me and tried to explain actually he argued, that the shower was clean, the sink, it was just dried chemical and that he himself had clean the shower, when all the walls from the shower inside were still wet and full of soap. Really? Is that the kind of hygiene your company does? Human beings take shower here! Very nasty and disgusting. If you call that clean, then WOW!. No, is not acceptable. So I turned around and told him that I didn't want to take a shower and left. I'm sorry, but this is not acceptable we ( truck drivers) are human beings, sacrificing, our families, lives and many times our hygiene, and the leat you can do is have a nice clean shower for US! Corporate, you need to fix this type of conduct within your employees. Not good!!!!

Decent place to stop but I was really disappointed when my husband went to change my son’s diaper and there was no changing table in the men’s restroom. This should be required for all men’s and women’s restrooms.

Upon my entry into this facility with my comrades to use the loo, I was greeted with a diabolical, putrid, revolting scent. I have never smelled something so foul in my life. The janitor cleaning the restroom paid no mind to the foul stench which alarmed me, as this should not be an oder someone is accustomed to smelling. It was as if I was walking through an abandoned hippopotamus exhibit at an aquarium. I must give credit where credit is due, as the restroom itself was very clean. Though I can’t assume this is the gas station’s fault, I must put the blame on the Arby’s connected to the facility. I believe a thorough inspection and investigation must be conducted as to what goes into the food. To everyone contemplating a bathroom break, please pass on this one or you will feel so unbelievably nauseated to the point of no return. Please save your nose, sanity, stomach, and willpower to live and drive a few more miles down the road to the Chick-Fil-A and spare yourself.

I stopped to refuel, and decided to use the ladies room before departing. As I neared the restrooms, I was greeted with an atrocious odor emanating from what I thought was the men's room. I foolishly continued into the ladies room where it smelled of sickening diarrhea. Now I must admit the stall I entered was clean, however the choking, and stomach turning odor was enough to cause a nauseating feeling for the next two hours of the drive. I only have myself to blame, as I should have immediately turned around and headed to the next rest stop. All I can say is beware and hold your breath!

Well we knew a stop was coming, low on gas coming from North Carolina. Our trip had been fine so far a bit of sleep deprivation but nothing abysmal…no trauma…yet. We came up on this gas station as the prices were not terrible. After three hours in the car we thought why not stretch our legs and use the bathroom. We got out of the car cautiously the area looking a bit sketchy and waltzed into the arby’s. We thought ok this is fine until we walked into the convenience area to get to the bathrooms. A slight aroma of used diaper began to linger near the chips, my sister and I shot each other a look. But we thought ok whatever some rank person must’ve been through here. Well unfortunately that doesn’t seem to be the case. We enter the women’s room and are met with the shockingly calm janitor who had just cleaned the bathroom…well at least made it appear clean. The scent when we entered the bathroom was absolutely shocking. The scent reminiscent of both explosive diarrhea and a hippo exhibit that hasn’t been cleaned in months. Clearly the arby’s didn’t sit too well with someone. The trauma of the extreme stank followed us for the remainder of our 1 and a half hour drive and we regress into a dark place when we remember this treacherous pilot ?

Excellent food and service. My wife left her back which had all her personal belongings in it there. We did not realize until 2 hours later. When I called they had secured the bag and kept it there until I returned. They were polite and thoughtful. Food and service at connected Arby’s great as well. Can’t say enough about this place and the workers.
