If I could give .000001 star I would for the pharmacist that helped me today. I don't use names, because I don't believe it fair. However, the main pharmacist is too quick to say things that she doesn't know is factual...namely what is and is not covered on insurances. Also, the CVS App is a JOKE! What good is it if it is 100% wrong and puts it on the customer to contact physicians, insurance companies, etc. I should be getting a pay-check for the number of hours a week that is spent because she will not do her job....on top of that she must have missed the class "Be nice to your customers....they pay you...you don't pay them...class" They must have one, because Sam and others at the pharmacy counter are true lifesavers! They care about their customers!
When will CVS realize that the only reason folks go to St. George CVS Pharmacy, is because there isn't another one in town.
TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS BETTER....AND YOU WILL HAVE A BETTER EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR CUSTOMERS!

Listen, I own multiple businesses, I have a wife and daughter who constantly feel the need to call me and have a life outside of the before mentioned. It is OBNOXIOUS with the numerous employees in this pharmacy that you can't answer the phone. I speak with people not digitized and generated voices. We are all busy, so that excuse won't cut it; if you can't put pills in a bottle, AND speak with customers who sit on hold for far too long, at the same time, then I can't trust that you are someone I want dealing with my family's medicine.

I recently had a frustrating experience at CVS Pharmacy while trying to fill a prescription for my grandmother's blood sugar medicine. Despite the prescription being in the system since yesterday and being only a 7-day supply, the process took an exorbitant amount of time. The pharmacist handling our case was not only unhelpful but also rude and snarky. Their attitude conveyed a lack of empathy and urgency, dismissing our concerns with a nonchalant "it will be done when it gets done" attitude. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially when dealing with essential medications. CVS Pharmacy needs to address their inefficiencies and prioritize customer care to ensure no one else experiences the same frustration and inconvenience.

Every pharmacy staff member I have spoken to is incredibly rude and inconsiderate! They will hang up on you. Not tell you important information. They will literally just say "it's ready to be filled," then hang up. Not confirming which medication they are filling or asking if you have others that need to be filled as well. Just completely unprofessional for people who you have to trust with your medication and health.

I called today to ask about a medication that has been on back order, and the person who answered the phone was short and extra rude! I called back and was told she had left, that she was a floater, first call was literally 3 minutes before. I spoke to the pharmacist who is always very very nice. There were excuses made, line in drive through, busy etc etc...There is NEVER a reason to be rude at your job to an OVERLY nice customer, period. Will be having my scripts sent to a different location from now on!

This CVS location has consistently provided pretty decent customer service. The store is clean, decently organized, and decently stocked. The staff is pretty friendly, and I assume they would help you find something if you needed them to. They have a good selection of products, including both brand name and generic items. The pharmacy staff is sometimes very helpful and semi-efficient, making it easy to get your prescriptions filled as long as you don't have to try out different medications frequently, in that case you will probably have a difficult time. Overall, this is the only CVS location nearby, so whether or not this is a good store is irrelevant, the options are limited.

0 stars! The pharmacist is the rudest I have EVER had to deal with! I called 4 different times to get a prescription transferred bc they didnt have it and he was SO rude! Will never be going back!
