“I brought a set of unassembled Bilstein 6112’s to the shop that I purchased for my 2016 Toyota Tundra.I didn’t want to assemble the coil springs and shocks as the normal spring compressors I could find to do the job myself are considered “widow makers/very dangerous”.I showed Wesley what I wanted done and he had it finished in 45 minutes and the shop only charged me $60 bucks. This is a great shop with honest mechanics and fair prices. Would recommend anyone to this shop!”

“Vehicle: Red 2015 VW GTIThis shop is incredible from the owners to the employees. I am a mechanic myself so I rarely take my vehicles to a mechanic unless I have no other choice. A little back story, I got ran off the road a few months ago and had my vehicle sent to another shop to be repaired ***Note, this repair was performed by a completely different shop and NOT Atlas Automotive***. After this first shop “repaired” my vehicle I paid and went on my way, 12 days later my lower ball joint FELL OUT of the lower control arm and ripped my wheel to the left ripping my CV axle out along with some other damage, luckily I maintained control. But this was later in the evening on a Saturday on the interstate, the ONLY garage open was Atlas so I called them. Also note I’m stranded 4 hours from home because this was a road trip. They came out immediately and had my vehicle at their garage within 35-40 minutes. They managed to load my vehicle without any further damage considering it wouldn’t roll freely. By the end of the day they had a list of needed parts, had those parts on order and an estimated time of repair, and it was about 6pm on a Saturday so that’s impressive. I was there until Monday but only because one of the parts had to be ordered. They were fantastic at keeping me updated on when parts came in and when the repair would be finished. Not only did they fix my car in great timing but they also looked into why the ball joint failed and discovered THE LAST SHOP installed the wrong part on my car. I later found out that the last shop installed parts for a completely different car on accident which is why the parts just fell out… And that’s not it, Atlas also helped me retrieve every dollar I spent from the previous repair from the previous shop. I was back on the road and home for dinner Monday night. This is the only positive experience I’ve had with any auto mechanic. The next day I lifted my car up to check the repair and everything looked perfect. Also the fender was messed up due to the lower ball joint failure and they reformed my fender a little without me asking so the door didn’t pop when I opened it. Thank y’all so much ?”

“5 stars are not enough. Our family was passing through when our vehicle lost system communications. Carla & Cole were very accommodating & determined to locate/fix the issue. Within a few short hours they found the problem, fixed it & got us right back on the road. If you’re looking for small town, family oriented or just passing through - Family Chevy-GMC INC. is the place to go!”

“Lou came to our rescue roadside when our boat trailer blew a tire. He gave us an estimated time and showed up before that. He changed our tire and got us back on the road. He also sold us an extra tire as we requested and brought that out with him. We were very grateful for his service.”
