Paid for a deposit on getting my truck wrapped and never happened and he never refunded my deposit.
Wiesel actually said he wouldn’t refund it. But the credit card company did after a call to them.
Have worked with Chad several times over the years.
Many shirts, many hats, wrapped two cars.

From the start Sheena showed great customer service, she answered every question we had, if she didn't have the answer she made sure she got it to me by the end of the day. She kept me updated throughout the entire process. The entire team here cares and it shows. You won't be disappointed.

Did a great job etching a name on a Yeti water bottle for me that I gave as a gift. The only issue is that parentheses were put with name (ex: "name") not sure why that was done, I simply asked for the name. I didn't say anything when I picked it up because there wasn't time left to correct it before I had to gift it. Just looks a little odd but it is what is. Future personalized merchandise I know to make it clear I don't want any surprise additions.I apologized to the gift recipient for the error made and hope they enjoy it.
