Sign says 9am - 9pm and yet 4:30 in the afternoon and they are closed. Absolutely ridiculous. Bad customer service when they are open. Don't bother shopping here ( if they are even open )

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! I had to send my daughter out to the car due to the extreme profanity on the video the girl behind the counter was listening to. I asked her to turn it down and suggested it may not be the best thing to watch while customers are in the store. Erika ( the girl behind the counter) looked at me like I was from another planet and turned it up. After putting my items back I went to the counter to get the mangers info. She said she was the manager and if I wasn't going to buy anything to get out. She also told me repeatedly that she was a grown a** women and could listen to whatever she wanted. I agreed and said maybe she should listen to whatever she wanted with ear buds. Erica then decided that her video wasn't loud enough and that she should play it over the stores speakers and insisted I tell whomever I call that she told me she was grown.

So I worked here years ago, & I can assure you the district manager cares nothing about his employees. his response to us almost being robbed was to do more money drops into the safe, not increase security.During the pandemic employees are not taking precaution seriously, I won't shop here anymore because of this.The store is always dirty, messy & hot as Hades during the summer.Oh, The district managers response to the employees complaining about working and these hellish conditions was to enjoy our free weight loss plan. I should have reported him.It's a shame and this business is a perfect example of profits over people.

Please do not visit this location! My mom was treated like a criminal simple because she did not want an item! They refused to bag her stuff and I honestly believe it was due to the color of her skin! I use to visit pretty regularly and I will never step foot in here again! The manager is as rude as the employee who treated her this way! I hope no one ever has to experience this type of behavior when they go in to patronize a business.
