This is the perfect gym for anybody wanting to workout without the crowds that most corporate gyms have. They had everything I was looking for. Great and friendly staff and they even accommodated me since I was only going to be in town for a few months. Highly recommend!!!

It's a very useful gym, it is spacious for its size. The gym is clean and the equipment in the gym is kept up with. The only downside is there are no weighted barbells to do arm curls or any arm exercise.
