The use the same manipulation and slave treatment other corporations use against people. They told me for 5-6 weeks they would call me back, and when I made a follow-up call I get treated like a nigger.

Check out clerk Lisa is awesome. Spoke to us as real people, not like we were out to spread disease to the world. Everyone has become so frightened of the hyped up disease they forget to act with kindness. Great job Lisa

This is the best Food Lion location I've been to yet. Everything is close to perfect: Cleanliness, Courtesy, Timely Checkout etc. It's always a good experience when I shop here.

The most frustrating issue is the lack of product knowledge from about everyone in the store. The dark skin manager in the evenings is very arrogant and just dismisses the effort into assisting my request. He has even rung up his groceries and leaves prior to closing and others waiting behind him to check out. Where's the proper training from corporate that teaches the staff to have product knowledge and smile once in awhile.
