Today at 1:30 am I went to the branch in Rock Hill and met the branch manager here who was very discriminating and didn't want to help me, I needed to transfer money urgently but she asked me to come back later At 3 o'clock, while she and the others were doing nothing, even a male employee wanted to help me after finishing work and she wouldn't allow it. I'm really disappointed that a branch manager can act like this, a big bank has a manager who doesn't want to help customers in urgent need, I begged and begged but she didn't help. , while she and the others were idle. So disappointing

Went to this branch and had great service. Teller was professional and helped me with online banking since i left my credit card at home. Only issue that i had was there were only two tellers and one banker in the massive building. On a friday at 10am, and 3 others before me in line . Good place and friendly people though.

I needed to deposit a small check in my checking account and went to the Bank on East Main. My teller was Inga and I couldn't have been more pleased or treated with more courtesy than I received from her. She was so helpful in not just depositing my check but she also took the time to explain how part of the money i had wasting away in my checking account could serve me better with a CD . Thank you Inga and thank you Wells Fargo Bank.

My friend needed a Wells Fargo ATM. We walked into the branch, with is gorgeous. We then headed over to a woman who greeted us. There is only one ATM, which is available at the drive-thru. We left the branch and walked up to the ATM. I waited as my friend made her transaction. Although I loved how beautiful and charming the branch looks, it feels like you are in a time warp. The branch does need an ATM. It's safer to do a transaction in a branch than standing at a drive-thru! (99)

Absolute WORST customer service of any Wells Fargo I have ever been to in this country. I travel often, and am from Rock Hill. The tellers and bankers here are completely rude and unwilling to help loyal WF customers! I will drive to Charlotte before using this branch again! If I could, I would give negative stars.
