Wells Fargo is a joke. Do not use them for business purposes. They don’t communicate at all. We have spent hours in the branch and now they want us to pay them $35 to release $2500 they have hold for over a month.

Showed up at 4pm to open an account with my husband and they told me they can’t take us… bank doesn’t close until 5pm?!?!? I’m 35 weeks pregnant and I have been trying to call all day to talk to someone on the phone but their line never connected me to an actual person no matter what menu option I chose… we both have to work and specifically took off earlier from work today for that reason! It’s ridiculous!! I couldn’t be more disappointed by the bank I’ve been using for over 5 years!! That would have never happened in the Charleston branch where I opened my account!!!!!

Amber offered great customer service and handled all the things we came in there for. Bank is clean, greeted by other tellers and didn’t wait long. Nice that they have a drive in option. Going to use that next time.

Lidia Vasquez was able to help us with numerous tasks. She’s so polite, knowledgeable and professional. We’ve been doing business at this WF branch since 2017 and have always received exceptional service! During most of this time of branch manager, Andrew has been helpful and friendly.

I understand protecting the customers. However, if a customer produced their identified which SHOWS their face and full name. That should suffice. In addition to producing a their debit card. The teller manager was horrible as well as the teller! I had to go in and retrieve my card and identification, only to go to ATM and withdraw the cash requested.Horrible experience.

Wells fargo is the WORST BANK I EVER had please do not ever go to this bank they will overdraft you intentionally and not pay you and also its a lot of lawsuits going on with scamming with wells fargo . Please use another bank thus bank Is a set up for failure.

Very very bad experience I went in to open an account and sat there for a long time to only be told I need an appt and they can’t help me. The branch manager watch me sit there and he said nothing to me. Don’t waste your time with them they have very very poor customer service.

By far the worst customer service from Lydia. Our non profit account was closed due to CIP. We were asked repeatedly (over a dozen times in the course of a single month) to return to the branch to "verify my information". If she missed something the first time, fine. The second time, maybe. But six times for me, five for another member and countless more for other signers, no. She just doesn't know how to do her job at that point. The third time I went in I asked to talk to the Manager. I was told a few minutes later that he was not in the branch even though I watched the teller walk back and tell him that a customer wants to speak with you. He told her to tell me that he was not there as if I wasn't 15 feet away, and that I was blind and deaf. We could have got it all squared away the first visit but we were asked to leave and come back because she had another appointment at that time. Seriously?

Terrible customer service! I have have had 2 Business accounts and a personal account with these guys for over 30 years. Stopped by with my two teenagers today at 3:55 hoping to open each of them accounts.Sat around for 30 mins and finally was told that they could do one account today but not both. REALLY ? What is the World coming to ? Don't bother trying to call and make an appointment either, they NEVER answer the phones. Very upset with lifelong banking partner !

Terrible customer service! I have have had 2 Business accounts and a personal account with these guys for over 30 years. Stopped by with my two teenagers today at 3:55 hoping to open each of them accounts.Sat around for 30 mins and finally was told that they could do one account today but not both. REALLY ? What is the World coming to ? Don't bother trying to call and make an appointment either, they NEVER answer the phones. Very upset with lifelong banking partner !

Very bad customer service. Seems like Everytime I go in there 1 out of 5 visits is a decent experience. The employees don't want to work, they rather pick the easy option for themselves instead of what's more convenient for the customer. Always backing each other when you have a complaint. My last visit I was a walk in and and didn't have a appointment and I had to return three times because either there is no space for me, they don't pick up my phone calls even if you have their extension, or they simply won't call you back when they promise to.

I was turned away at the door for a cashier’s check and a new debit card. I specifically looked the lobby information up before going to this branch. Didn’t say anything of this sort. I totally get that our interactions are modified these days, but c’mon... where’s the customer service?
