The teller was very patient and helpful and I was amazed by the interior. It’s like stepping back in time. Makes you want to have to go into the bank more often lol.

We waited in the lobby for several minutes waiting to see a banker. After not being greeted at all, I walked up to the teller to let her know I need to see a banker. She informed me that there were no bankers available. We arrived at 4:30. There is no reason that the bankers should have left before 5:00. My husband asked off to leave work early in order to do this. So now he took pto for no reason and is unable to do it again. We will be switching all of our accounts from Wells Fargo and will be going with another bank.

She informed me that all of their bankers were gone. We arrived at 4:30, there is no reason all of the bankers should leave before 5:00. She should have gotten a manager to assist me instead but didn’t. I used PTO to leave work early in order to do this and now I’ve used PTO for no reason and I’m unable to do it again. We will be switching all of our accounts from Wells Fargo to another bank.

I’ve been a customer since 2012 and this is by far the nicest location I’ve been to. I would certainly recommend this branch.

I hate this place. Every time I come over here, they can’t do this they can’t do that. It’s really annoying and inconvenient. Today I came in for a replacement card, they don’t do replacement cards. Last time I came here, I tried to get a paper notarize, they only notarize certain papers. It’s just always something with them. Customer Service is awful. I’m just done with this place. I’m a Continue to go to Celanese even though it’s inconvenient for me.

The lady at the front desk was super helpful. Very polite and kind. Made me smile the way that she treated me. I hated that the drive-thru was broken and I had to come inside, but again, the staff here is great.

Today at 1:30 am I went to the branch in Rock Hill and met the branch manager here who was very discriminating and didn't want to help me, I needed to transfer money urgently but she asked me to come back later At 3 o'clock, while she and the others were doing nothing, even a male employee wanted to help me after finishing work and she wouldn't allow it. I'm really disappointed that a branch manager can act like this, a big bank has a manager who doesn't want to help customers in urgent need, I begged and begged but she didn't help. , while she and the others were idle. So disappointing

Went to this branch and had great service. Teller was professional and helped me with online banking since i left my credit card at home. Only issue that i had was there were only two tellers and one banker in the massive building. On a friday at 10am, and 3 others before me in line . Good place and friendly people though.

A lady fell asleep sitting on a chair waiting for a teller with me and we were the only ones here. I saw 4 employees standing around doing nothing but telling us to sit and wait. (Jamie) The drive through was not busy. It’s a Monday early in the day. The people who were working were also unprofessional and seem new. Vonn was rude and would not let me speak first when I came up to her and kept trying to correct me and speak over me when I was going to answer all of her questions in one sentence.

We tried to use the bank today to make a deposit (the Celanese location has their system down) and when we got up to the teller they denied us because we did not make an appointment. I understand we have pandemic, but at least put up signs APPOINTMENT ONLY so people are not wasting their time waiting in line. This week has been a disaster. 2 Wells Fargos in Rock Hill can not service us to make deposits.

When you step into this joint you feel like you are walking into an old west movie. The building is immaculate. The place could be a film producers dream. It is a well kept historic building.I did have a couple incidents with workers here where they were less than desirable to be around.
