Tre and Robert were the epitome of honest and excellent customer service professionals. Tre handled a title issue between the bank and the DMV with expertise. Robert followed up with a personalized phone call to make sure we were happy. This was our second car to be sold here, with Tre helping us out previously. Cannot recommend this location and staff enough. Keep it up!

I worked with Tregene, who was awesome. Made an appointment with her to sell my mothers Toyota Camry……she made the process very easy, and we left with a check in hand. Great company and an even greater employee. Definitely give We Buy Any Car in Rock Hill a try if you have a vehicle to sell.

On my original review, I felt I didn't get what my car was worth and I gave a 3 star review. Well Ken the district manager saw my review and contacted me and wanted to know what he could do to make sure I had a good experience. Ken went back to the manager that did the original assessment of my car, did a double check, did a reassessment of the car and gave me extra money that was in line with KBB! I told Ken I would give 5 stars for going the extra mile and making sure I was satisfied! Great customer service! Thank you!!
