0 stars. FRAUD! Becky tell lies. Wendy doesn't know the next steps of anything. Wrote check. Cashier ran it through the check machine. Handed my receipt and later deposited the same check that they had already processed through the check machine. Bank acct confirmed duplicate charges. S/w Becky about this. She said she is the one who takes the checks to Wells Fargo to deposit them. She never got back to me as to why she deposited my check when it had already been approved through the check machine. Beware when writing checks at Walmart Cherry Rd. Rock Hill, SC location.

We were picking up an order today and I'm very weary of pick ups because most of the employees who bring them out are just so aggravated and unapproachable. But the young man who brought ours out today was such a happy guy. He really didn't seem to mind what he was doing. So polite and helpful. Thank you Walmart for hiring such a great person to be the face for your store here on Cherry Rd.

Clean store with decent prices and the staff is pretty friendly. I rather go to this Walmart neighborhood store than either of the two Walmart Supercenters in this area. This stores check out equipment is much better maintained and it's usually easier to get in and out of the store then either of the two Supercenters.

Wanted to share a recent experience at my local Walmart Neighborhood Market on Cherry Road Rock Hill SC. Store Manager Demon and associate Kim Boyd were completely wonderful and definitely went well beyond the extra mile in helping me to locate an Apple earbud that fell out of my ear and bounced way into the back of a display shelf at a checkout. They were courteous kind and professional to the utmost. I really cannot congratulate Walmart enough on these two excellent staff members who quite definitely deserve some major recognition for their stellar customer service

I always find everything I need at The Market.......and I save money and time by not shopping at Walmart Super Stores since I'm not tempted by the clothes, toys, or household items!!

Where do I even begin? Staff is extremely rude. Aisles are rarely accessible due to employees blocking the aisles with big carts. The produce section always has brown lettuce, close-to-rotten vegetables and fruits, and some packages have mold in the same. The self-check out is constantly backed up and a couple registers are always down. Then there's the staff who thinks it's okay to stand around ignoring the registers and customers who need help at the self-check out. There's at least 4 or 5 employees who can go on the other closed regular check out lanes who are doing nothing but standing around. Then there's some employees who decide to be extremely rude when you need help finding stuff or say they have no idea where anything is. The staff is so rude and can't seem to do their job. I've had 2 employees who were genuinely nice there. Other than that, it's ridiculous. I was almost hit three times by an employee's pickup order cart because she was blindlessly on her phone and then gave me a rude look and said I was in her way. If you need anything from Walmart, go to the other Walmart in town because this Walmart is absolutely ridiculous.

Their curbside is horrible. Three different Occasions products were opened with expiration date to the point the product had Visible mold through out because the safety seal was broken.This time I won't be ordering and thing else. Totally upset with my curbside service.

Only one register open and people lined up at all the self checkouts. And yet women standing in the front watching and don't help.

Lack of customer support is very prevalent for some reason apparently they like getting paid standing in a little group talking about stuff not work related and when you ask them for help they look at you like you're some creature from outer space must be nice having a job where you stand around twiddling your thumbs talking about other people's lives come on Walmart you got to do better than this. Put people back behind the register and I think everyone will be better than before. Oh and one more thing there are a lot of empty boxes on your shelves that means somebody's stealing a lot a lot a lot I will not to mention all the snacks that are opened up so employees can walk by and just grab a snack, I've actually witnessed it several times this is pathetic , don't watch out for dropping prices watch out for dropping Cheetos it really is a bummer because it drives the prices up and away, this is not Sam Waltons vision at all.
