Worst place I've ever been they are rude and on top of that claimed they only have certain medications and the others they don't that you have to wait on and sometimes you wait for a week's just very rude and very unprofessional the pharmacy staff and the register people last time I was there I told them that I had a new insurance in new insurance card and they tried to make me pay full price for the prescription until I spoke up and said look I have insurance that I had insurance and then they ran it I change to CVS on Celanese and I will never get another prescription through Walmart CVS on Celanese seems like the best pharmacy

Last time I checked a pharmacy was for medication, not to check out your entire grocery list. First this store makes you go find the associate with the key instead of calling someone for you then you have to check out in pharmacy with that product and one person is checking out someone with not only medication but all there groceries.. not impressed never did like this store to begin with. trust me there’s other Walmarts in rock hill with more class than this store.

This Star goes for the PRICE GOUGING, I USED TO COME HERE AT LEAST 4 TIMES A WEEK, NOW I GO ONCE A WEEK AND HAVE TO GO AROUND OTHER STORES TO GET WHAT I NEED. I CAN'T BELIEVE HOW EVERYTHING IS SO EXPENSIVE AT THIS STORE, THEY SHOULD BE FINED BY THE STATE, INSTEAD OF PUTTING CLOTHES ON SALE OR ITEMS THAT ARE NOT IMPORTANT,HOW ABOUT SOME CONSIDERATION FOR PEOPLE STRUGGLING AND LOWER PRICES ON FOOD?!

I go here for my 7 year old daughter's medicine. The staff is always friendly. As they are a large medication provider for the Rock Hill area, the pharmacists do stay very busy filling prescriptions and the staff do quite a bit of busy work behind the counter. I will walk by if there is a line of ten people or more only to come back later to no line at all. They will open two registers in a heartbeat just to get a line down. I think that a lot of people don't realize how busy they really are due to the sheer fact that they handle the amount of people that they get in so well.

Most of these reviews aren’t even for the Pharmacy, people should read. I’ve gone to this pharmacy numerous times and never had any issues. I’m almost always in and out very quickly. They aren’t overly friendly/chatty but they’ve certainly never been outright rude or dismissive of me.

What A experience we just had now. We going to pick up my wife's ring that was re-fitted they had for two weeks and the girl behind the jewelry desk after a half hour of waiting tells me the person in charge left for lunch will be back in an hour so I asked to speak to the manager another inexperienced person comes to me and tells me to come back tomorrow I said really I live 60 miles away I want to speak to a real manager finally they call somebody with some brains to retrieve my wife's ring. Somebody in corporate needs to teach these people how do you deal in the retail world if they want to keep customer retention and happy
