I wish there was another way I could do this, but I wasn't able to find a way to send a message to corporate online. I use to go to CVS, and when I say the service there is so terrible from the long wait to pick up your prescription to the down right rudeness of the pharmacy staff. I had all my prescriptions transferred to Walgreens. Walgreens not only offers my prescriptions at a cheaper cost, but there is one stand out tech that took time out to show me how to use my baby's nebulizer, and didn't make me feel like I was bothering her or wasting her time. Holley always greets you with a smile whenever she assists you, and sometimes one smile can make a huge difference in someone's life!

Gave a two because inside the regular Walgreens is amazing. Super nice. The pharmacy however hasn’t been. I am switching to another Walgreens in rock hill that’s been amazing.

This is a great store. The pharmacy is trash but otherwise the store is great. My wife has to self inject a serum she gets from her doctor. Every three years she needs needle. The pharmacy tech accused her of being a heroin addict and refused to sell her needles. She told him, well I'm not a very good addict if i only need a box every three years. We went to a non chain pharmacy down the street and the tech there told us the needle size was wrong for heroin, and had no problem selling her a box. I have twice had issues with them telling me my meds were not available only to get called 15 to 29 minutes later about my order being ready. Just went today. Only two customers in store. Cashier spent 5 minutes trying to sign lady up and could not spell her name correctly. She kept spelling it to him, and he kept putting g it in wrong...couple more people came in and line git longer the lady finally told him never mind...

I got a prescription filled here today and the young ladies there were amazing especially Holly and Morgan.They have a terrific supportive staff. I was in so much pain I could barely even talk because of the abscess tooth and the swelling on the side of my face.They were trying to find me every discount to be able to purchase my prescriptions and I am truly so very thankful and grateful for their excellent customer service.Not only will I always choose Walgreens, but I will always choose this.Thank you for not making me feel like just the number.?

ZERO STARS!!!Their pharmacy is UNBELIEVABLE!! They have put my life at risk for "not ordering my med by refill date" leaving me with NOTHING then they ALWAYS blame it on the delivery truck!!! EVERYTIME!!!And here I sit, once again being told by HOLLY they don't have it AFTER I CALLED 5 DAYS AGO AND ORDERED IT!!!I'm leaving wallgreens not that they care AT ALL! I have contacted the district mgr AND corporate!! This is insanely unprofessionaland literally dangerous!! If you care ANYTHING about your health, DO NOT GO HERE!!!I have put up with the pharmaceutical department's nasty attitudes and blatant ignorance when obtaining and dispensing life threatening medications!!SIMPLY SIMPLY UNACCEPTABLE!

Order some Christmas ornaments on November the 27th which is a same-day pickup. It is now December 3rd order has still not been completed. Was told by employee that I don't have to keep calling that once it's completed they will call me. Which has never happened. I have always done customized orders from this Walgreens and I am very disappointed in the service that I am receiving this time. Waited 20 minutes on the phone to speak with the manager which never picked up
