Usually, there’s just one register open with a long line. One time I was second in line, and an employee said her register is now open. The guy behind me jumped into her line, and I turned around and looked at them. She looked at me, rolled her eyes, and told him she’d take the next customer in line, which was me. Since the look on her face and the tone of her voice made it obvious she wasn’t interested in respecting the old “first come, first serve” adage, I told her I’d stay where I was since she’d already started with him. Then there was laughter, so I decided to leave without making any purchases. Not too long ago, I was in the same situation (long line, one open register) when the manager told the cashier to open another register. He (the manager) jumped into that line to buy a snack. Then I went to her line, but she said the register is now closed. She only opened it to wait on the manager. One time I was in line to buy several grocery items, including about 20 highlighter markers that I intended for school supplies for underprivileged children where I work, but the cashier and manager took them away from me when I got to the register. They said due to the clearance price I could only buy one or two even though they were on clearance and there were no signs indicating there was a limit as to how many could be purchased. Can you believe that? They refused to let me purchase a small box of clearance school supplies for needy kids! In addition, it’s difficult to receive service at the photo lab. They have weekly ads that often advertise sales on Pepsi products, but this particular store is often out of the same Pepsi products that they're advertising, and it's not because there are sell outs. Go on Sunday when the sale starts or Monday or Tuesday, and you'll often find no Pepsi. Ask and they will tell you it's all Pepsi's fault. Sure, Pepsi manages to regularly stock the shelves at the gas station across the street, the CVS next door, and the Dollar Tree and Walmart down the road, but not this store? Service has been an ongoing issue for some time now, so I’m just going to shop elsewhere and have future prescriptions filled somewhere else as well.

Never again with this pharmacy. Couldn't find me last time even though I hadn't moved in 20 years and yesterday after putting in a prescription, it took 24 hours for them to fill it. and I had to go in in person because it kept saying they were working on it they haven't even started

The staff is mostly very nice in person. Their website is terrible and the app is worse. Their phone skills suck. I am constantly being hung up on and the staff is rude when I mention it after calling back. The store and district managers obviously do not care since nothing is ever done to correct the situation.

Often pretty busy but not so much late at night. I walked around aimlessly (they have TONS of beauty products), made my way to the self-checkout & was on my merry way. Not sure that I even saw more than 1 or 2 other customers. Place has some good deals tho. :-)

My mother has advanced dementia. Asked for the pharmacist to please come out to the car to administer second COVID-19 shot. Another pharmacist had graciously done this with the first shot. After waiting :45 minutes had to leave without the shot as it was extremely hot, even with the a/c on, for my 91 year old mother. Pharmacist on duty the morning of Aug 5th was extremely indifferent, rude and indolent. I wish, when she is elderly, a better pharmacist to her than she was to us.

They need an FDA audit I've had several controlled substances scripts stolen at this store. DO NOT trust. Diana is worst and rudest tech. Can't even fill scripts from Dr. That was put in 3 days ago. Thanks Walgreens for messing up my meds changing pharmacy

Stood at the pharmacy counter for 10 minutes before the staff even acknowledged my presence. You can refer to my Facebook post for the rest.

Some of Pharmacy staff is not friendly, I had a bad experience with the pharmacy technician Drew she was just flat out rude.I don't use Walgreens as my preferred pharmacy but due to the circumstances my father has to use them but I definitely wouldn't recommend this location. If your looking for a friendly atmosphere go to South End Pharmacy.

Had an awful experience at this store. Said they’d hold my medications until I could pick them up, but instead just tossed them back, even when I said SPECIFICALLY not to. Having worked for Walgreens before, I am disgusted at how far it has fallen. You don’t want these employees to touch your medications as they ultimately don’t give a darn about you. Just go to CVS down the street
