So I called to make a payment on my car insurance. And I was trying to explain to these ladies that I did the automatic draft on my business account. She made it her business to tell me that 15years banking she’s never had a draft that wasn’t accepted unless it was no money in the bank. Me explaining that I was thinking that it would automatically be pulling from my business account instead of rejecting payment. I tried to explain to her that it was never accepted due to me not transferring the money over from my business account to my regular Wells Fargo account. She became angry we were conversing talking all at once it was very unprofessional.

Called to get a quote on a friday, explained i needed to get insurance for my new state that day.. the lady told me with an attitude that she basically couldn't do anything for me until the following Monday. Guess they dont need new customers!
