Karen helped right away with a broken half frame that was my one and only pair of glasses. Fixed in under 5 minutes for free. That's skill you can't buy.

Overall it was a good experience. The lady that helped me was nice and friendly. My only negative comment would be, I picked a pair of glasses that was very inexpensive because I knew the prescription portion would be expensive, had I known I could have gotten a pair of glasses up to $200 and my insurance would pay that amount I would have picked glasses comparable to that price and not the price I did thinking it would add to the cost. Outside of that I had a good experience.

Went for an eye exam and to get an updated pair of glasses. The entire staff was exceptional, from my eye exam to the ladies that helped me through the process of picking out frames and lenses. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone. I will definitely be a returning customer.

I had a great experience with Visionworks. I filled a prescription for glasses in November and then had Cataract surgery in December. My vision was corrected from a very strong prescription to just needed for reading. I went back yesterday February 29 and they are changing my strong prescription to reading and my sunglasses to distance. I just had to pay for the sunglasses which wasn't much. I highly recommend them.

I actually enjoyed my eye doctor appointment with you guys. The doctor explained every single thing he was doing and didn’t use those big old dog words that I don’t understand and the lady that can help me pick out my glasses was genuinely worried about how they looked on my face and how they look on me because she seen how much it was. It worried me, so thanks guys

I’ve worn glasses for 50 years and my experience at the Rock Hill VisionWorks was excellent The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable The prices were quite reasonable and the quality was outstanding

Stepped on my glasses with all my body weight. Was worried I would have to claim the one year warranty, Lesia was able to correct my glasses and I was able to keep my glasses. Very kind people. An entire wall was dedicated to their multiple licenses. Clean and open concept.

I visited Visionworks, 2350 Dave Lyle Blvd, Rock hill on November 29, 2023. It was the best experience that I have EVER had buying prescription eyewear! Visoinworks employees Shannon and Lesia were absolutely amazing. Perfect customer service. They both were pleasant, helpful and attentive to exactly what I needed. I never once felt rushed. They smiled the entire time. I left the store feeling that I absolutely chose the best place that I could ever have visited for my eyecare and vision needs. Kudos to Shannon & Lesia!! Kudos also to their Optometry office. Excellent! Five+ Stars to all!!
