I love everyone at this salon! Vivian, the owner, is so sweet. Macy is always bubbly and friendly. They do wonderful work and you won’t be disappointed!!

The best shop to me! I've been to 3 different nail salons and all 3 sucked! But when I visit vip nails its always a great experience! Staff is friendly and the owner to me is A1 she listens to u and make sure that you get what you pay for! I always get compliments on my nails when they do them!

They did a great job on my pedicure but i was definetly a little upset with my check out process. When i went up to the counter to pay i presented her my card. She then tells me cash only please use our atm. I was not told i would need to pay with cash upon entering and i had no intention of using the atm. She told me i have to pay in cash anything over 100. After my confused expression she finally took my card. I probably won't be back. Just kinda strange.

THIS STAFF IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. EVERYTIME I COME HERE SOMEONE IS PROVIDED SERVICE BEFORE ME THAT CAME INTO THE SHOP AFTER ME. I UNDERSTAND TRYING TO BE EFFICIENT BUT ITS A SHAME THAT OTHER WALK IN CUSTOMERS SEEM TO ALWAYS BE SERVICED BEFORE ME WHEN I COME HERE!
