Rude associate with long hair and bad hearing had no time to help me, but plenty of time to make sarcastic comments. I tried to grab a new phone case on lunch break, but the site had limited staffing and inventory. When I stated I would go to a better store with more resources, the associate who supposedly had bad hearing made sure to make a sarcastic comment as I was walking out the store. I would recommend the Cherry Rd store or any location in Charlotte over this location.

She assisted me in communicating with Verizon on line and helped me understand the process of what was going on with my order: and cancellation.
