so irritated,they can bring normal mail but not a small box,I have went there days ago for the pick up & she told me it was on the truck, and still waiting........ but I see the mail person up the street just hanging out for hours!

Stop by this post office to pick up my mail. Got here late and Ms. Lori took great care of me I received my mail as she took the time after they was just about to close to give me my mail. I’m still new to this area and she made me feel very comfortable. Excellent customer service.

I find it unbelievable! The United States Postal Service is running a massive TV ad campaign but as I'm walking into the post office with two boxes that were already labeled and posted (just a drop off) that the USPS employee locked the door right in front of me. Yes, it was 2 minutes to five. Add this wonderful customer service extends to my postal delivery where they cannot even pick up a letter out of the mailbox. Hence, why I'm at the post office. It's so disappointing. they don't even have an area where you can drop packages any longer or buy stamps. I suppose this is all due to the heightened safety issues. It makes me want to find any other alternative to the United States Postal Service, my grandfather was a highly praised rural postal carrier thru the 1920's to the 1950s. He would be ashamed.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!UPDATE!!!!!!!!!I have upgraded my review to three stars. Not for the service I got on the day I wrote this review. I updated it because the Postal Service does have a new feature on the USPS website or app that allows you to schedule a pick up . I scheduled a pick up and it went well. I am assuming that my service comes from this particular post office so I upgraded my star rating. I highly recommend using this feature if you are in my situation, disabled and have a hard time getting out and about.

Very difficult to receive deliveries/packages, from this post office. So disappointed. Received a delivery from Rock hills, post office yesterday but I had a second package that was to be delivered also yesterday but that package did not get delivered...the reason the Rock hill, post office gave was that address was wrong or incomplete. Well if that is true, then how did I get the first package that was delivered out of Rock hills, post office. Nothing wrong with address because I called, Amazon and went over the address so, " What's Up RockHill ", postal service/post office! Why is it every other delivery company/service, out there can deliver but not Rock Hill, S.C., postal service. So disappointing!

5 months past since this USPS office promises me to forward my mail to my new address.But they still are sending it to wrong old address.Why USPS does not want to do their job I wonder!

Went in today to check on missing mail..... Gloria was less than helpful, very sarcastic and rude! When I inquired about not getting my mail she smiled as she told me it had been returned to sender without anyone from the post office trying to notify me. I’m not even mad about that the mail was returned but I am upset by her public unprofessionalism. I have no doubt that people like her are the reason this place only has 3 stars?

the lobby is open after hours, buy i can't buy stamps. they should have this service, an automated kiosk that sells stamps

I've had a few interactions with this particular post office and they've been great to deal with. Mailed a package to Virginia on Saturday afternoon and it was delivered on Monday. Open later than noon, so I appreciate that as well.

I've been waiting on my packages and mail for 2 days. No mail and our for delivery packages. Never received as of yet. I paid for a delivery date and I want my items. Also waiting on a check in the mail. Nothing for 2 days.

Convenience to downtown Rock Hill is great but there is no place to drop off boxes bigger than a letter for shipment.

It is the worst place I have ever try to do business at makes you want to go back to horse and pony Automated machine is terrible customer service asked me to get someone on the phone they're not from United States it's hard to understand what they're saying and nothing gets resolved just your time wasted
