I've been going to this store weekly for about 2 years and I have ALWAYS had positive experiences!! The staff is very helpful, nice, extremely knowledgeable in helping customers, going above and beyond to help with showing you what to do in your phone to return packages!! ! won't go to any other store!!! A+++++ Jaden has assisted me with returns to places with patience and happy to help as Kayla, Kameron, and Denise have as well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Friendly workers, they try to be quick as possible but I know it's hard when you have some customers wanting services that take time to provide.

I was trying to track my Amazon return, but I had misplaced my receipt. I called the store where I had returned my Amazon package and Keely was more than helpful. Retrieving old receipts is not something they normally do, but she was going to find out how to do it. She even told me to use her name, that she was going to let the others know. I ended up not needing the receipt, so I called the store back to let them know how helpful and upbeat Keely was. She was very nice and had a warm personality that was very welcoming. Keely wasn’t working that day, but I did talk with the shift supervisor and she was very nice as well. She said that her and Keely had even talked about how to help me when I came back. I apologize that I don’t remember her name, but she too was warm and easy to talk to. Sometimes it’s hard to find good employees who work with the public, but this store surely has several good ones. I remember the lady who took my return was also nice. Great staff!

Wow, that place was running efficiently when I went in this afternoon (2023/12/19). I was assisted by an older fellow with a beard and glasses. He took care of my needs quickly and professionally. But he was not the only one acting that way. They all were.

It's not a good store to go to. Every time I go there I can't ship something. I am returning the item in the exact box I received it in. Not nice people working there.

Nice people but money hungry 7 bucks to fax something is outrageous, then says every site charges different sounds money hungry to me ??♀️ don’t recommend..

Pro tip: know approximately what your shipping costs are before you go to the store so you don't get ripped off. ONE employee there (short skinny long hair) does not give a d#mn about doing his job (literally shrugged his shoulders when I asked him for other options) and almost cost me $30 more than necessary because he couldn't be bothered to look thru shipping options. I went to the Cherry Rd. location and got exactly what I needed for the same price estimated online. AND she was a trainee. Nobody has money to burn!
